Here so-called "ad hoc campaigns” have become very much part of the daily routine. Often, supporting events for new model launches will have to be held simultaneously and across the country. And this nearly always means working flat out.
Sales Support for a Motor Vehicle Manufacturer
For one automotive manufacturer’s nationwide marketing campaign, displays, banners, and screens were imported from Eastern Europe. This extensive range of material was initially stored at PROWERB in Kleve.

1,100 pallets were assembled in 3 working days and sent to more than 600 dealers.
Use of database marketing – address database
To achieve this feat, recipients’ addresses were filtered, sorted, and stored as distribution lists, and then made available. In addition, shipping labels including barcodes were produced, allowing each shipment to be quickly identified.
Shipment tracking
Transparency thanks to proof of delivery on the Internet – Once a truck has delivered its consignment to the automotive dealer and a person in authority has signed for receipt, the truck driver will scan in the signed shipping label with a radio scanner. Shortly after the data has been received at the data processing center, you can take a look at the proof of delivery incl. recipient’s signature on the Internet.
