Our web-based information system – more than simply an online ordering system
One well-established company in consumer electronics and IT assigned to PROWERB its advertising materials logistics for dealers and distributors several years ago. Accordingly, an Internet-based ordering tool, which enabled a closed circle of users to order catalogs, brochures, advertising materials, merchandising articles etc., needed to be created for the purpose.
Online access to the processing and inventory software
Order processing, shipment tracking, and reporting have been made possible. The software has been configured in such a way that different departments are able to view source-related cost allocation and obtain a picture of the quantities requisitioned.

The customer’s staff now order address and client-related marketing materials for the end user and their own sales department. This data enables picking, packing, and shipping of the ordered goods to be managed in our company.
Special feature: direct order by the end user
A special feature of the system allows the customers of the brand to order directly from PROWERB. In this mode, too, it is possible to differentiate between different classifications of customer, ensuring the necessary transparency in the order and cost volumes of individual departments.
Online shop – comfort and efficiency
The tools produced enable a user and department-specific product portfolio to be displayed, in which products that are no longer obtainable are simply blanked out or new access to people or departments is granted. In turn, a news ticker notifies definable user groups when new products can be ordered from our customer’s company. Another comfort feature is the special or express order. If the order reaches us by 3.30 p.m., it will be shipped out the same day.
