The demands on our services are continuously increasing, and with them, the expectations of our customers. For PROWERB, it is therefore essential to regularly listen, gather feedback, and derive concrete actions from it.

With the FEEDBACK 2025 customer satisfaction survey, we gained targeted insights into how our services are perceived, the quality of our collaboration, and the areas where we can further improve. The results show where we stand today while also providing clear direction for the future.

New logo, new claim.

About a year ago, we gave our logo a facelift and updated our claim [from "Logistik die ankommt" to "ELEVATING BRANDS"]. Apparently, this happened behind the scenes...

Resource conservation as a corporate goal.

PROWERB has a negative CO₂ balance. This means that, through our photovoltaic system as well as smart systems and processes, we save significantly more CO₂ than we emit. We were very pleased that 55% of respondents were already aware of this.
