The Bitburger Brewery Group launched the big crown cap promotion for summer 2025 in April.

Crown caps and scratch cards with numerous vouchers, reward points, and prizes have been available in retail and gastronomy since April, turning Bitburger fans into happy winners.

Major Prize Promotion in Retail and Gastronomy

Since April 7, 2025, all of Germany has been collecting Bitburger crown caps and scratch cards. The prospect of attractive prizes and rewards has already motivated many consumers to install the Bitburger app and register within the first weeks of the campaign.

The process is simple and quick to explain: inside each crown cap of participating beverages is a printed QR code, which can be scanned using the Bitburger app. The corresponding reward is displayed in real time and credited to the user’s account.

What makes this campaign special is that there is a prize under every crown cap—there are no blanks. In addition to instant prizes such as Weber grills and tickets to Europa-Park, participants can also collect points with the crown caps. Once a reward tier is reached, an additional prize opportunity is unlocked. For example, users can collect their way to a brewery tour, and upon reaching the highest tier, participants receive an original Bitburger cooler box.

More Than Just Logistics

Storing all the prizes is one thing – but beyond that, PROWERB also handles the shipping to participants. We ensure that all winners receive their prizes quickly, securely packaged, and on time.

In addition to logistics services, PROWERB also takes on the service side of participant support.

Our customer care team operates the campaign hotline with up to 15 call center agents and responds to all inquiries submitted to Bitburger via email and the contact form.

Extensive training provided by the Bitburger Brewery Group enables us to answer all questions promptly and professionally.

The most common topics during calls include general questions about the prize draw and the rules, issues during registration, and inquiries about shipping status.

Our well-trained agents assist with all problems and questions in a friendly and reliable manner to ensure immediate solutions.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

To handle the expected volume efficiently, we use our self-developed AI system PROCONNECT in both the call center and email support.

All callers to the Bitburger prize draw hotline can have nearly all of their questions answered instantly by "KIra," the virtual first responder. If participants prefer not to interact with the AI, they can easily be connected to a live call center agent.

The same applies to written inquiries.

PROCONNECT is capable of reading and analyzing all incoming support tickets and then deciding whether it can formulate an appropriate response or if the inquiry should be forwarded to the customer care center.

The goal is to automate responses to at least 50% of all email inquiries.
