Looking Back:

Why We Started Our Training Program Ten Years Ago

Ten years ago, we took a bold step by launching our own training initiative. Our goal was to provide young people with high-quality vocational training, prepare them for the challenges of professional life, and at the same time strengthen our team with motivated young talent.

We aimed not only to pass on knowledge, but also to promote values such as responsibility, team spirit, and innovation.

Since then, we have supported and guided numerous trainees "Azubis" in various professional fields – both in commercial and technical roles. Throughout this journey, we’ve learned that a good education goes far beyond teaching technical knowledge – it lays the foundation for a successful future.

We are proud to share that our very first trainee is still successfully employed at PROWERB – and now even serves as a trainer herself.

Current Developments: Three New Trainees Start in August

This year, we are once again continuing our successful training strategy and, as of August 1st, are pleased to welcome three dedicated young talents who are beginning their professional journey with us.

We are truly delighted to offer young people the opportunity to pursue their career goals in an innovative and future-oriented environment.

Our new trainees are starting in different departments, highlighting both the diversity of our training programs and our commitment to broad-based qualification.

As part of our comprehensive training programs, we are pleased to offer the following vocational tracks this year:

• Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant

• Marketing Communications Management Assistant

• IT Specialist in Application Development

With these training opportunities, we aim to give young people the chance to develop their skills in forward-looking fields and actively contribute to the continued growth of our company.

Our Training Philosophy: More Than Just Technical Knowledge

At Prowerb, we view training as a holistic development process for young people. In addition to imparting professional skills, we place great importance on the personal growth of our trainees.

Responsibility, initiative, teamwork, and communication skills are just as important to us as technical expertise and entrepreneurial thinking.

An essential part of our concept for an interesting, varied, and engaging training program is that every trainee gets to know all areas of the company. This not only promotes a deeper understanding of our day-to-day operations but also allows both the trainees and us as a training provider to identify and nurture individual talents, preferences, and strengths more effectively.

To meet these challenges and uphold our own standards, our training team now consists of three qualified trainers who are responsible for the organization and planning of our training program.
