Process visualizationShops and marketplaces serve different purposes. We align channel choice and operations with your audience and assortment.
B2B portals and custom shop logic
D2C and brand shops
Commerce and inventory management
Account, offer and goods flow
A public shop sells to its audience, a B2B portal controls purchasing for defined users and a marketplace uses the platform’s ordering journey. Catalogue, data maintenance, documents and goods handling are assigned for each channel. The detail pages explain setup and daily operations.

A brand wants to sell a new collection. A public shop, marketplace and dealer portal reach different buyers. We start with the audience, assortment and ordering journey, then assign the work behind the purchase: who maintains the product, handles a question and decides on a return?
Direct sales, dealer reordering or marketplace reach: the occasion determines the entry point. Existing channels remain part of the picture.
Trace a concrete basket from availability to refund. Identify responsibilities and exceptions before selecting a platform.
Agree the assortment, owners and acceptance criteria for the first channel. Further channels build on verified master data and workflows.
B2B shops, portals, marketplaces and system integration for ongoing operations.
Closed ordering portals with entitlement and allocation logic.
Account, listings, inventory, policies: Amazon forgives no negligence. We run the marketplace channel day to day — including exception handling.
What Amazon sends back lands in our warehouse: inspect, record, decide. Remission as a managed process instead of a stack of boxes.
When orders arrive as EDIFACT records, nobody should be retyping them. We build the connections between trade partners, ERP and warehouse — and maintain them.
PROWERB operates e-commerce and logistics for Botament and Ultrament, brands of the MC-Bauchemie group. Brand ownership and operational responsibilities remain distinct.

Where the digital channel moves heavy goods, responsibility does not end at checkout: for a kitchen manufacturer, we run the D2C brand shop and the Amazon marketplace setup including brand registration — and move the heavy-goods logistics alongside it.
More than 50 active client online shops provide the existing operational experience. Channel selection still follows your catalogue and users: Botament and Ultrament, for example, are customer brands of the MC-Bauchemie group whose digital and logistics operations PROWERB connects.
Amazon · Vendor (1P) vs. Seller (3P)
PROWERB operates both models — often in parallel for the same brand
Vendor and Seller place different demands on data, processes and ownership. The comparison establishes orientation before the setup.
Both. We build shops on Magento, Shopify, JTL and PrestaShop and take over existing channels into ongoing operations after technical and operational assessment.
The mandate assigns digital channels and post-purchase tasks to a managed operation. Shop teams, warehouse and service coordinate availability, queries and changes; existing partners can remain involved through defined handovers.
Yes — that's the core of the model. Behind the digital arm stands the same company responsible for warehousing, dispatch and returns: our own ERP and WMS (PROWERB CORE) with real-time bookings, warehouse in Kleve, over 2 million shipments a year. Heavy goods are covered too — for a kitchen manufacturer, we run the D2C shop, Amazon setup and heavy-goods logistics together.
We run the marketplace channel day to day: account, listings, inventory, policies — including exception handling. We take the Brand Registry through Amazon's review, as the basis for control over the brand presence. And what Amazon sends back lands in our warehouse: remission as a managed process with inspecting, recording, deciding.
That's what managed account support is for: one account team runs the channel completely — assortment, pricing, content, inquiries. You talk to a dedicated contact, not a call center. Where CI, product copy or imagery are missing, we help build them.
Start with a brief about channel, catalogue and goals; the non-binding needs check helps with orientation. For a larger fulfilment takeover, introduction follows seven phases (0–6). Around 14 weeks is a planning guideline once master data, contracts, inventory transfer, interfaces and approvals are settled. A digital build or smaller scope receives its own schedule.
Three mandates that show this page's operating path from another perspective.
Describe your channel, assortment and goal. We will outline what needs to come first for setup and ongoing operations.
