Promotions, prize draws & reward shipping
A retail activation, an on-pack prize draw or a digital promotion: we connect campaign planning, participation and delivery. Our services also cover reward sourcing, shipping and participant support.
Our own Promotion Engine connects the digital steps. See how we combine software and operational services for your campaign.

The mechanic, media and deadline are set. Availability, dispatch and exception handling then decide whether the campaign arrives as planned. Campaigns have a fixed date and load peaks. PROWERB organises the campaign line, flex-staff pool and workflows for tickets, prizes and displays around them.

Promotions, prize draws, reward shipping and events – planned, managed and delivered.
Ticket request, quota allocation, confirmation, dispatch, system-supported reminders: this process has run for Coca-Cola's stadium hospitality via PROWERB since 2021. Not as a spreadsheet, but as an operation.

Peak scaling · campaign line
Floater pool · extended shifts · changeover under 3 hours
1 to 15,000 shipments per day on the same line
The campaign line is designed for up to 15,000 shipments daily; changeover to a new promotion takes under three hours. If a campaign hits big, capacity scales via the flex-staff pool and shift extension to 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours — and to 400 percent of baseline capacity within 72. Since 2026, in-house-developed cobots have been working on the campaign line, connected to PROWERB's own MEP platform.
The campaign line in Kleve changes over to a new promotion in under three hours and is designed for up to 15,000 shipments daily. For the first briefing, campaign mechanics, quantities and start date are enough — a dedicated contact responds, not a call center.
We coordinate additional demand, available goods, approved recipient data and shifts. The capacity chart shows the campaign line’s planning framework; the actual ramp-up depends on those prerequisites.
Yes. Prizes go out to winners with delivery status, backed by a replacement-prize process and end-customer support via each campaign's contact form. The winner writes to the brand — PROWERB answers the inquiry.
No — that's exactly what the operation is built for. Some mandates are almost entirely promotion-driven: barely any baseline volume, almost all campaign. For most providers that would be a problem; here it's the business model, with a dedicated campaign line and flex-staff pool for load spikes.
Not necessarily. The in-house rental pool stores, maintains and delivers event equipment across campaign cycles — including on-site assembly and disassembly and refurbishment after return. Buy it, use it once, write it off is no longer necessary.
Yes. Ticket request, quota allocation, confirmation, dispatch and system-supported reminders run as an operation, not a spreadsheet — as they have since 2021 for Coca-Cola's stadium hospitality.
