Go straight to the right operating path

What needs to work right now?

Choose the situation. We show the relevant operating path, documented mandates and the next useful step.

Urgent mode

Do not wait for the perfect process.

When timing, goods or execution start to fail, the first step is a direct operational look at the bottleneck and deadline.

Distribution

Connect inventory, allocation and shipping.

Branches, field teams and partner networks need a reliable allocation model rather than isolated shipping orders.

View the operating path
Fulfilment

Find the bottleneck in live operations.

Inbound, inventory, pick and pack, shipping and exceptions are treated as one operating model.

Assess fulfilment
Handover

Hand over the system and daily operation together.

An operator change covers data, assortment, processes, service and physical execution — not just technical migration.

View the handover service
Exceptions

Turn individual exceptions into a managed process.

Status, ownership and restocking are organised so cases do not get stuck between teams.

View exception handling
Digital commerce

Shop, operation and logistics under one owner.

Platform, assortment, orders, service and fulfilment are set up as one continuous operation.

Index 02 · Duality

One process for day-to-day operations and campaigns

Order call-offs follow the calendar; sweepstakes follow their own deadlines. When warehouse and shop belong to the same client project, PROWERB runs both sides on the same technology.

Physical

Inbound, inventory management, kitting & assembly, dispatch — and exception handling when something snags. In Kleve, in the 25,000-square-meter new building completed in 2022 plus connected external warehouses. The campaign line scales from one to up to 15,000 shipments per day, with changeover time under three hours.

Digital

Promotional products shops, D2C stores, marketplace operations, B2B portals. More than 50 client eShops run in continuous operation — on proprietary technology: the MEP platform (Prowerb's Marketing Execution Platform), in-house ERP and WMS. Built once. Operated every day.

An order through PROWERB

Recurring demand — orders, dispatch and inventory.

One order · 1 / 4

An order comes in.

Products and a delivery destination are selected in the shop. This creates the order for processing.

One operating model

Routine call-offs and campaign peaks use the same inventory, team and ERP. What changes is the rhythm, not the handover.

Before you decide

Capacity, costs, switching and control.

Can PROWERB handle our volume?

We process more than 2 million shipments a year and have more than 55,000 pallet spaces across the group. To assess your requirements, we review the number of items, order structure, storage requirements and expected peaks together. A typical order and your campaign calendar are useful starting points.

How is the price calculated?

Our pricing is based on your requirements and accounts for setup, picking, occupied storage and campaign work. Our pricing basis explains these components and the main cost drivers. The quote sets out the services included and how freight, materials and additional work are charged.

How is the switch organised?

The switch is planned in phases: review item data and stock, agree interfaces and responsibilities, then test the processes before handover. Your existing operation and planned campaigns determine the schedule.

How do we keep track of the operation?

You have a dedicated contact and access to the agreed inventory and order information through the Operations Cockpit. During setup, we define which reports your team needs, how often data is updated and how open cases are escalated.

Index 06 · Briefing

Clarify your project and requirements

Describe what needs to run — shop, campaign, fulfillment, or a digital channel that's still missing. Your briefing goes to our account management team — not in a call center, not in a newsletter list.
