Thesis

Technology that maps operating processes

MEP describes ordering and marketing tasks in the portal. Prowerb OS organises operational collaboration through Atlas as the customer view and Nexus as the operational view; ProAktion belongs to the existing processing environment. Agora Commerce Suite provides the commerce perspective on shops, catalogues and permissions.

Products, interfaces and approvals used together are defined for each project. Marketing, content and campaigns define business requirements; the digital team coordinates software, integration and operations around them.

Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems

Planning stays connected to fulfilment.

Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.

Example workflow

The right technology starts with the next task.

A team wants to spend less time on status questions and manual handovers. Start with one complete case: what information is missing, where does it originate and which decision follows? This shows whether a better interface, integration or targeted analysis will help most.

  1. 1

    Make the workflow visible

Trace a typical case with the participating teams. Identify manual transfers and unclear ownership specifically.

  2. 2

    Scope the solution

Compare existing systems and required changes. Data access, roles and the desired result determine the technical approach.

  3. 3

    Verify everyday usefulness

Test agreed cases and hand over to supported operation. Keep current limits and further development steps explicit.

Documented Case · Telecommunications

A documented ongoing operation for system-supported processes.

The relationship with an international telecommunications group dates back to 2011. Today, the mandate includes system-supported order handling, master data maintenance, artwork approvals and periodic reporting. PROWERB Core provides the in-house ERP and WMS foundation for this current operation. The example connects technology with day-to-day operations.

The stack

More than 50 customer shops on our technology stack

The stack isn't a showcase, it's an operating asset. PROWERB Core — our own ERP and WMS with a process engine — books inventory seamlessly and in real time, RFID-capable. In the warehouse, the autonomous picking system PROFLOW APC covers more than 85 percent of stored articles and runs around the clock. Since 2026, autonomous cobots connected to MEP support suitable operations on the campaign line. The data lake brings together the first-party data that reporting and automation are built from.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Tech & AI.

Why in-house development instead of standard software?

In-house software helps represent specific operational workflows. Established standard systems remain useful where they meet requirements. The project determines which configuration, integration or development supports the agreed process.

What is PROWERB CORE?

Our own ERP and WMS with a process engine. It books inventory seamlessly and in real time and is RFID-capable — the foundation on which shops, promotions and logistics run in ongoing operations. More than 50 customer eShops run on this stack.

What happens if our process needs a field or interface that doesn't exist?

We review the business need, data model, interfaces and maintenance implications. A change receives agreed scope, testing and approval; configuration, integration or new development may be appropriate.

Do we get visibility into ongoing transactions?

Yes, via the Operations Cockpit: PowerBI live reports, track-and-trace and Excel extracts — 24/7 and integrated directly into your systems on request. Reporting is part of ongoing operations, not project business.

Can the Marketing Execution Platform be used standalone?

Yes. The cloud-based MEP with its 18 modules — from promotion planning to the campaign configurator — is multi-brand capable and available stand-alone as SaaS on request. It plans promotions, configures campaigns, accepts shipment lists and connects eShops, ERP and WMS.

Who do we talk to if we want to map a process into the system?

The responsible account management — a dedicated contact, not a call center. Describe the transaction that lives today in email inboxes and spreadsheets; we'll respond with an assessment of what it looks like in the system. A no-obligation Needs Check takes under 60 seconds.
