PROWERB handles goods receipt, inventory, order-to-cash, dispatch and exception handling from its own warehouses in Kleve. We have operated fulfillment on our own ERP and WMS since 1989, including for Vaillant, Oatly and Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Fan merchandise, clothing or campaign kits: we store your rewards, assemble shipments and send them to approved recipients. Delivery updates, enquiries and replacement cases are part of the plan from the start.
Need digital participation and campaign management from the same team? The Promotion Engine connects our software with the operation behind it.

Bulky goods, tiny parts, glass, textiles, standing range and campaign goods place different demands on storage and dispatch. When a promotion multiplies volume, inventory still has to be accurate. PROWERB runs fulfillment itself, now in its third warehouse generation: its own halls, its own ERP and WMS. Seamless real-time bookings keep system inventory and warehouse stock aligned.
Inbound, warehousing, pick and pack, shipping and exception handling – the physical foundation.
From the standardized order call-off to the credit note: order, confirmation, change, cancellation, invoice correction including PO number. High-frequency, plannable, documented.
When the parcel scan isn't enough: track shipments live via GPS — part of the PROWERB stack.

PROWERB has run order and warehouse logistics for Vaillant since 2007. The rhythm is set by the standardized, attachment-based order call-off from the warehouse — day after day in the same format, the largest single block of the mandate.
Added to that are goods receipts including urgent deliveries, inventory corrections, resolving shortages and partial quantities, shipment tracking, advance notice and courier commissioning. Campaigns are the exception here. That's exactly the point: the value of this mandate lies in the repetition — almost two decades of it.
These peak figures refer to baseline output: 200% is double, 400% is fourfold (+300%). Achievable volume and lead time are agreed for the item mix, goods and data availability, staffing and shift plan.
More than 2 million shipments leave our warehouses per year, at a service level above 99 percent. Behind that stand more than 55,000 group-wide pallet spaces, three warehouse locations in Kleve and over 15,000 square meters of connected outdoor storage; the 2022 new build measures 25,000 square meters. And when a campaign exceeds volume: operations scale to 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours, to 400 percent of baseline capacity within 72 — with a flex-staff pool and shift extension, not with promises.
Promotional products include small parts, glass, textiles and campaign goods with different requirements. Since 1989, PROWERB has combined these tasks in its own fulfilment operation with product-specific storage, inspection, finishing and dispatch.
The figure of over 95 percent dispatched on the order day refers to permanently stocked promotional products. The mandate defines the reporting period, order/working day, available stock, complete approved order data and cut-off. This concerns dispatch, not delivery. The service level above 99 percent is a separate operating metric; its measure, denominator and exceptions are defined in the service scope.
Receipts, stock movements and dispatches are recorded and regularly checked against physical stock. Reconciliation, inventory taking and documented discrepancy handling make the figures traceable.
Recipient information, carrier status and order data are combined in an exception case. GPS tracking is a separately agreed option for suitable shipments; freshness depends on reception and device conditions. Pre-advice and delivery evidence follow the agreed shipping service.
Yes. First, discuss the catalogue, channels, seasonal peaks and systems with Fulfilment Account Management. For a larger fulfilment takeover, introduction follows seven phases (0–6). Around 14 weeks is a planning guideline once master data, contracts, inventory transfer, interfaces and approvals are settled. A digital build or smaller scope receives its own schedule.

Describe what you store and ship: range, channels, seasonal peaks, systems. The assessment comes from the Fulfillment account management — from the people who will later run the operation.
