CI & Brand Compliance

Keep every order on brand.

The more locations order, the faster the brand frays at the edges: wrong colours, outdated logos, one-off creations. PROWERB embeds the brand guidelines directly in the shop and ordering process — with CI-compliant templates, approvals and a controlled assortment.

Why in the process

A brand manual nobody opens protects nothing.

Brand rules help day to day when standard versions, change requests and decisions are clearly distinguishable.

A concrete choice

Approved version or a change needing review?

An item with an approved logo position can be ordered. A second version moves the artwork or changes a colour and needs a decision. The comparison shows the difference; a named brand owner approves the change or requests a correction.

Services

Define boundaries and responsibilities.

01What may change?Set colours, logos, fonts and positions in templates. Separate editable fields such as name or location from locked design elements; admit new products to the controlled assortment.
02Who sees and orders each variant?Assign approved items by role and location. Marketing defines brand rules, procurement defines ordering requirements; the responsible people are named in the project.
03Who decides an exception?Agree an approver, deputy and required decision material. Submit special requests with a visual and reason for change so corrections can be returned precisely.
Workflow and approval

Review the change, correct or approve.

PROWERB embeds agreed templates, assortments and approvals in the shop.

01Review and approvalYou test the standard version and an exception before use. A rejected version returns with correction requirements; only the approved finish is made available to its intended ordering group.
02Handoff and exceptionsOrders and approvals remain available for marketing and procurement reporting.
FAQ

Common questions about CI & Brand Compliance.

How is deviation prevented?

Approved templates and assortments limit the selection. Editable fields and changes that require approval are configured for the ordering process.

Are special requests possible?

Yes. For a departure from the approved standard, we define who may review the artwork, material or finish. The order proceeds after the agreed approval. This accommodates special occasions while keeping responsibility for the brand presentation clear.

Who approves a variant that departs from the standard?

The named brand owner or agreed deputy decides from the visual and change description. PROWERB implements the agreed workflow; a custom version is not approved automatically.
