Our software · PROWERB
Marketing resource management connects content, versions, budgets and available materials. PROWERB designs suitable approval and ordering processes and connects them with sourcing and fulfilment.

Make the valid version and its approval process clear.
Include stock, variants and replenishment in planning.
Define catalogues and permissions for teams and locations.
Materials, stock and budget need a shared analysis. Power BI supports the agreed reports, with views defined by your needs.
Reporting needs in material operations
A new brochure may be approved while the previous edition remains in storage. MRM connects version decisions, permissions and physical stock: who may order which edition, when does it apply and what happens to remaining quantities?
Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems
Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.
MEP and MRM describe tasks in marketing and material management. These are the PROWERB products for shops, campaigns and operations.
A new print version is available while the previous edition remains in stock. The asset, product and physical inventory must match. Marketing decides whether the remainder can be used, blocked or assigned separately before the new version appears in the ordering portal.
The foundation is the PROWERB MEP — a cloud-based marketing execution platform with 18 customizable modules. Behind it, PROWERB CORE operates with ERP, WMS and a process engine. Both are in-house built, both in daily use for more than 50 active customer online shops.
Catalogue maintenance and artwork checks have their own detail pages. Here the key decision concerns the valid version and the transition between editions.
Record the owner, version and effective date.
Block, use up or withdraw the old edition under the agreed approval.
Authorised users receive the intended edition; discrepancies remain traceable.
The platform is cloud-based and, on request, runs stand-alone as SaaS. In practice it docks into what already exists — from the existing online shop to the group ERP. What the integration looks like is decided by the inventory process, not the system diagram.
The relationship with Renault began in 1996. Today, PROWERB manages the item lifecycle for Renault and Dacia: new setups, renamings and deactivations via standard request processes, plus order and invoice processing in the promotional-products shop.
For Telefónica O2, print-data approvals with review loops, master-data maintenance and periodic reporting have been part of ongoing operations since 2011. Neither is a project — both are ongoing operations, documented year after year, case after case.
The portal is the visible part. These services interlock behind it.
MRM refers to the centralized planning, management and control of all marketing resources — from articles and print data to inventory and budgets. At PROWERB, MRM also includes the physical side: warehousing, kitting & assembly and dispatch of the material.
A DAM manages digital assets, a promotional-products portal takes orders. MRM connects both with inventory management, budget control and reporting into one continuous process — from article setup to deactivation.
No. The PROWERB MEP is cloud-based and docks into existing online shops, ERP and WMS systems. On request, it runs stand-alone as SaaS.
For a larger fulfilment takeover, introduction follows seven phases (0–6). Around 14 weeks is a planning guideline once master data, contracts, inventory transfer, interfaces and approvals are settled. A digital build or smaller scope receives its own schedule.
Yes. The MEP maps multi-brand strategies — separate ranges and budgets, one operation behind them. The relationship with Renault began in 1996; today, PROWERB manages item maintenance for Renault and Dacia.
PROWERB itself. Behind the portal are the warehouses in Kleve; the group has more than 55,000 pallet spaces; more than 2 million shipments leave the company each year, at a service level above 99 percent.
Tell us in the briefing how your marketing material is managed today. We'll respond with a concrete proposal: which modules, which integration, which path into ongoing operations.
