In the first briefing we agree responsibilities for long-term planning, campaigns and daily fulfillment. Your contact coordinates the required teams. For an initial enquiry, state your task and target date; existing clients contact their project team.
A campaign coordinator and fulfilment colleague compare quantities, destinations and the packing task. If an allocation changes, they clarify which materials and preparation steps are affected before work continues.
Customer service and warehouse colleagues check the prepared order together. Product, quantity and packing instructions provide a shared reference for the decision. The result returns to the order so the next colleague can continue.
