Amazon Brand Registry requires consistent trademark information and account access. PROWERB supports preparation and administration. Amazon decides whether to accept the application.
Bring together the existing trademark registration, authorised contacts and accounts.
Provide the information required by Amazon’s process.
After approval, maintain content and ongoing brand tasks.
An international office and electronics manufacturer uses Amazon Vendor Central. A German kitchen supplier is building a direct-to-consumer brand with its own shop and Amazon presence. In both cases, Brand Registry forms part of organising the brand operation: verifying the rights owner, assigning accounts and setting up the available content and protection tools.
We start by checking trademark status, ownership and evidence against Amazon’s current requirements. Eligible registered trademarks and certain pending applications may qualify, depending on the trademark office and target marketplace. The rights owner completes the required verification. PROWERB coordinates preparation and enquiries. After enrolment, we set up the authorised tasks for listing maintenance, branded content and protection reports.
Find current requirements and the enrolment path at Amazon Brand Registry. Check the applicable trademark office and target marketplace.
These four steps connect preparation with subsequent operations. Amazon determines the review and its outcome; missing documents and enquiries can affect the schedule.
Check trademark status, ownership, supporting evidence and target marketplaces against current eligibility requirements.
Prepare application data, support verification by the rights owner and track enquiries through to the decision.
After enrolment, assign the brand to the relevant accounts. Check available content, store and advertising formats and maintain the agreed content.
Agree user roles, listing and SKU maintenance and the handling of protection reports. Product documents and required evidence are coordinated with the responsible manufacturer.
For the office and electronics manufacturer, Brand Registry is managed alongside Vendor Central and campaign operations. For the kitchen supplier, it forms part of the D2C presence, supported by SKU maintenance and coordination of product documentation. We also handle heavy-goods fulfillment for that customer. In each case, registration and ongoing support are connected to the sales model.
Amazon accepts eligible registered trademarks and, under current rules, certain pending applications. We check trademark status, the relevant office, marketplace and rights owner before application. The owner or their legal adviser handles trademark-office applications; PROWERB supports preparation for Amazon.
The registry provides tools for brand protection and branded content. Depending on the account, further content, store and advertising formats may be available. We assess the options for your presence. Enrolment alone does not guarantee exclusive control of all product data or automatically remove other authorised sellers.
We coordinate the agreed preparation, compile information and evidence and support enquiries. The rights owner remains responsible for the required verification, and Amazon decides on enrolment. After the decision, we agree account roles and ongoing tasks with you.
Yes. You can commission application support on its own or combine it with ongoing account management. For subsequent work, we explicitly define listing maintenance, user permissions, protection reports and other marketplace tasks.
Yes. The Brand Registry can be combined with either Vendor or Seller operations. One of the two cases on this page is an international manufacturer where the Registry now runs in tandem with Vendor Central support and Google Ads campaign management.
The brand owner — without restriction. PROWERB runs registration and marketplace operations in the background; the brand and its content remain the customer's, on the marketplace as in the register.
Bring the brand name, registration number or application status and your sales model. We will identify the next steps for Brand Registry and the support you require.
