PROWERB runs both: the Amazon account — Vendor Central, Seller, FBA, Brand Registry, deals, listings — and the physical chain behind it. Replenishment, inventory management and remission run through the same warehouse, the same systems, the same operator. The Amazon channel is connected directly to our own inventory management — with no handover point between agency and logistics provider.

The platforms shown belong to the described workflow. We agree the exact scope, required access and responsibilities for your setup.
Account, offer and goods flow
Listings, offers and replenishment need to agree in daily operations. The account team passes the campaign window, planned quantity and outstanding platform requirements to the goods team. The warehouse returns available inventory and inbound dates. Differences are clarified before the campaign starts.

A promotional price is agreed, but replenishment is still in transit. In this example, the account team and warehouse need the same decision: can the promotion run with available stock? Prepare listing, offer window and goods flow together. The workflow depends on Vendor, Seller and the agreed fulfilment model.
Review product mapping, imagery, variants and offer status together. A visible listing alone proves neither availability nor promotional approval.
Reconcile available stock, planned replenishment and receipt at the destination. Include reservations for other channels.
Review sell-through, stock and notable feedback together. Send the next action to the owner of the account or physical goods.
At PROWERB, marketplace operations means: running the account and moving the goods. Both, permanently.
At PROWERB, Amazon is not a bolted-on tool but a channel of our own system architecture: connected to PROWERB CORE, with real-time inventory management and gap-free booking. FBA replenishment is planned, picked and delivered from our own warehouse; remissions run back into the same warehouse. More than 2 million shipments leave PROWERB's warehouses per year — marketplace dispatch uses the same infrastructure, the same carrier connections, the same reporting. And when a deal lifts volume, campaign logistics kick in: staff and lines can be scaled up to a multiple within days.
Amazon · Vendor (1P) vs. Seller (3P)
PROWERB operates both models — often in parallel for the same brand
Vendor and Seller place different demands on data, processes and ownership. The comparison establishes orientation before the setup.
Whether a new build or taking over a running account — onboarding follows the same sequence.
Account status, range, inventory, compliance status. The start is a sober inventory, not a pitch.
Clarify account structure — Vendor, Seller or both —, register Brand Registry, build SKU and master data, connect the channel to inventory management and warehouse.
Build and optimize listings: titles, attributes, images. After that: keep updating instead of leaving them be.
Order processing, FBA replenishment, document handling, inventory reconciliation — the unspectacular part that determines account health.
Plan and supply Prime Day and Black Friday deals; receive, inspect and restock remissions; clarify refunds and documents.
For an international office and electronics manufacturer, PROWERB manages Vendor Central, Brand Registry and Google Ads. A leading abrasives manufacturer uses a dedicated JTL account for Amazon full service, including its brand store, FBA, inventory removal and campaign deals. For a kitchen supplier with a direct-to-consumer brand, the mandate combines marketplace setup and registration with goods handling.
PROWERB combines online marketing, e-commerce and logistics for Botament and Ultrament, brands of the MC-Bauchemie group. The customer owns the brands; PROWERB manages the agreed daily operations.
PROWERB runs both: Vendor Central for business with Amazon as the buyer, Seller including FBA for direct sales. Which structure fits — or whether both run in parallel — depends on the range, pricing logic and control needs. We clarify that in the stocktaking, not in the sales pitch.
Yes. Onboarding starts with a stocktaking of account, listings, inventory and compliance status. The channel is then connected to PROWERB's inventory management — on request as its own tenant.
The goods sit with PROWERB. Replenishment into FBA inventory is planned, picked and delivered from there; remissions run back into the same warehouse, get inspected and restocked. One inventory, one booking logic.
PROWERB handles DAC7 reporting obligations as well as WEEE and CE questions as part of ongoing operations. This does not replace legal advice — it ensures obligations are met before they become a suspension reason.
Deals get planned and set up, the warehouse is geared up ahead of the campaign window. Campaign logistics is PROWERB's core business: staff and capacity can be scaled up significantly at short notice, so the account stays able to deliver when volume spikes.
Send us the range, the account model and the status quo. You'll get back a sober assessment: what the channel needs, what the warehouse takes over, where operations begin.
