Give-Away & Sampling Logistics

Handout items only work if they're at the stand on time.

PROWERB sources, kits and delivers give-aways, sampling stock and trade-show handout items to the venue on schedule — in the quantity the campaign needs, with resupply when the stand runs low.

Handout items only work if they're at the stand on time.
Why logistics matters

The best handout item is worthless sitting in the warehouse.

A sampling kit works when its contents, packing unit and distribution location fit together.

A concrete choice

A complete kit ready to hand out.

A product sample, insert and giveaway form an event or sampling kit. An approved reference set defines the contents and packing order; the allocation defines how many sets go to a stand, branch or individual recipient.

Services

Agree timing, allocation and kit contents.

01Plan backwards from the eventProvide the distribution date, receiving window and site access. Procurement, packing and delivery are planned around them; agree assembly or dismantling separately if needed.
02Define the recipient structureOne central delivery, multiple locations and individual shipping need different packing units, labels and address data. Specify quantities per destination and potential replenishment separately.
03Define the complete kitList each item, sample, insert and bag with quantity per set. Supply product data and protection requirements early for sensitive goods or items needing special handling.
Workflow and approval

Approve a reference set, prepare distribution.

After procurement, you review the sample kit. For tight event deadlines, replenishment quantities, available goods, approved specifications and receiving windows must be settled before the call-off.

01Review and approvalPacking checks contents and completeness before closure. If a component is missing, a substitute or partial quantity is agreed before approval.
02Handoff and exceptionsAfter the event, agreed returns, remaining-stock reconciliation and replenishment planning follow.
FAQ

Common questions about Give-Away & Sampling.

Do you deliver to the stand on schedule?

We plan delivery around the event date, receiving window and kit approval. Replenishment, assembly and returns are agreed as needed.

Kitting into sets as well?

Yes, bundling into sampling sets and goodie bags is part of it.

What happens if part of the set is missing?

We agree a substitute, revised contents or a changed partial quantity before packing. The approved kit contents remain the reference for checks.
