What we align for your project

Plan deployment

Agree locations, quantities and the campaign date.

Prepare materials

Get products, displays and inserts ready and complete.

Connect the process

Bring shipping, returns and the digital campaign together.

01 · Starting point

Mass fulfillment is built for uniformity. Campaigns are the opposite.

A POS campaign has a deadline: the week the display must be standing in the store. Before it lies peak load — storing, fitting, kitting and delivering displays. After it: nothing, until the next campaign. A warehouse optimized for steady throughput cannot absorb such peaks without jeopardizing the rest of operations.

PROWERB therefore separates the two: permanently listed items run through fulfillment, campaigns through the campaign line — the MOTION pillar of the operating model. During peaks, capacity grows to 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours and to 400 percent of baseline capacity within 72 hours, via a flex-staff pool and shift expansion.

Promotion Engine · Our software and fulfilment

From participation to a reward that arrives.

The Promotion Engine connects the digital campaign with practical fulfilment. We align participation, checks, rewards, shipping and enquiries with your campaign mechanics.

02 · Workflow

From the shipment list to Ready 2 Go — the campaign line in six steps.

Every campaign follows the same documented process. It starts with data, not with goods — so the line is set up before the first pallet arrives.

  1. 01

    Shipment list and advice

Import of the shipment list and delivery advice via the online tool or the MEP platform. Recipients, quantities and dates are in the system before delivery arrives.

  2. 02

    Just-in-time goods receipt

Campaign goods and displays arrive just in time. Flat-delivered displays run through the fishbone inflow: unfold, slot, inspect, label, palletize.

  3. 03

    Setting up the line

Staff scheduling and changeover in under three hours. Process engineering verifies the setup, the production readiness check clears the line.

  4. 04

    Assembly

Display fitting, co-packing, kitting & assembly — depending on the campaign mechanics, from small batches to 15,000 kits a day.

  5. 05

    Inspection and labelling

Final inspection and labelling. Every unit is checked before it goes to staging.

  6. 06

    Distribution

Ready 2 Go: to retail central warehouses, directly to stores, to gastronomy or to the end customer — B2B, B2C and D2C.

What this shows

Steady state and peak in one curve.

The curve shows where the campaign line adds capacity. The prepared resources behind the rise are what make it work.

03 · Scope of services

From the flat display blank to the fitted pallet in the store.

Campaign logistics at PROWERB is not a special shift within fulfillment, but its own operating unit with its own line, its own process, and its own account-management layer: Account Management Promotions.

01Display fittingDisplays are unfolded, fitted, inspected and palletized ready to ship. Verification by process engineering ensures repeat accuracy across the whole run.
02Co-packing and kitting & assembly →Product bonus items, sample packs, mixed boxes, campaign sets — kitted per order and booked inventory-consistent via bill-of-materials processes in the warehouse system.
03Special POS goodsPersonalization, glass shipping, bulky goods such as umbrellas, fan merchandise, gastronomy equipment — the product categories that defeat standard campaign logistics.
04Campaign controlRecipient list import via the online tool or MEP, promotion planning and campaign configurator in the platform, track-and-trace and live reports in the Operations Cockpit.
05DistributionFrom the small bonus item to full-truckload size: delivery to grocery-retail central warehouses, direct delivery to individual stores, gastronomy and end-customer dispatch.
04 · Integration

The campaign is controlled where it's planned.

The approved dispatch list connects store, quantity and placement date. Material, completion and dispatch updates return to campaign owners. Robotics and cobots are used where appropriate for the product and operation; packing effort, available goods, approved data and staffing determine the actual ramp-up.

05 · Reference operations

Campaign logistics proves itself at the placement date.

The densest cadence of POS campaigns is in the beverage sector — that's also where PROWERB's industry depth is greatest. These peak figures refer to baseline output: 200% is double, 400% is fourfold (+300%). Achievable volume and lead time are agreed for the item mix, goods and data availability, staffing and shift plan.

06 · Related services

The campaign rarely travels alone.

POS campaigns tie into campaigns, events and the ongoing assortment. The adjacent services:

02Event ticketing and hospitality →Allocations, accreditation, dispatch — the campaign mechanics for stadiums and events.
03Rental pool event equipment →Equipment for campaigns and events from our own stock — including return and refurbishment.
04Promotional products fulfillment →The counterpart to the campaign: permanently listed items in ongoing operations, over 95 percent same-day. The same-day share is an operating metric for permanently stocked promotional items, not a promise for each order. Dispatch depends on available stock, complete and approved order data, the agreed cut-off and working days. We clarify the reporting period and applicable service level for your project.
07 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions about POS and campaign logistics

What does POS and display logistics cover at PROWERB?

The complete campaign stretch: goods receipt and display preparation, display fitting, co-packing and kitting & assembly, handling of special goods such as glass and bulky items, and distribution to retail, gastronomy and end customers.

Are displays delivered finished or built up at your site?

Both are possible. Flat-delivered displays run through the fishbone inflow: unfold, slot, inspect, label, palletize — then they go onto the line fitted and ready to ship.

What volumes does the campaign line handle?

1 to 15,000 shipments per day, from small campaigns to major ones. During peaks, capacity grows to 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours and to 400 percent of baseline capacity within 72 hours — via a flex-staff pool and shift expansion.

Do you deliver directly to retail and central warehouses?

Yes. Depending on the campaign mechanics, goods go to grocery-retail central warehouses, directly to individual stores, to gastronomy, or by parcel to end customers — from the small bonus item to full-truckload size.

How do we hand over recipient lists and campaign data?

Via the online tool, the campaign module of the MEP platform, as an order file via SFTP, or via interface. The path depends on your system landscape.

How do we keep an overview during the campaign?

In the Operations Cockpit: Power BI live reports, track-and-trace, inventory trends and automated extracts — available around the clock and integrable into customer systems.
