Since 2022, PROWERB has run the complete promotional products logistics for alltours: order and invoice processing in the shop, order-to-cash, goods receipt, dispatch and notification. And the part no scope of work likes to put out to tender — exception handling. Transport deviations, non-receipt, cancellations: every one of these cases lands with us, not with the operator.

alltours runs no campaign peaks. Their promotional-products business is almost pure ongoing operations: order, shelve, ship — week after week. Three parties hang on every transaction: the supplier who delivers, the carrier who ships, and the recipient who waits. If everything runs smoothly, nobody notices.
If something deviates — a shortfall, transport damage, a shipment marked delivered in the system yet still missing — the case needs an owner. Otherwise it wanders through the customer's organization as an open question.
PROWERB takes over the entire chain. The shop handles orders and invoices, goods receipt posts inventory in real time, dispatch runs via parcel service and freight carrier, recipients are notified, shipments are tracked. If an exception case arises, it stays on the same chain: we handle the correspondence with suppliers, carriers and recipients — in the operator's name. The customer is the public face, we work behind it. None of the three conversations lands on their desk.
Exception handling follows the same system as ongoing operations. Four stations, documented in the system:
Non-receipt despite delivery status, deviation or extra cost in transport, order cancellation. Every case is set up as its own transaction — not treated as a side-issue disruption.
Shipment history, proof of delivery, inventory posting: the case is checked against the system status before anyone responds. Claim versus posting, not opinion versus opinion.
With the carrier, the supplier, the recipient — in the operator's name. Following up, holding deadlines, collecting responses until the case is decided.
Cancellation, invoice correction or credit note. The transaction closes with a clean posting — which also settles it for the customer's accounting.
The mandate has run without interruption since 2022 — a continuous stream of order, dispatch and exception-handling transactions, with almost no campaign share. The result of this operation doesn't show up in a campaign report — it shows up in what no longer happens at the customer's end: no transport clarifications, no non-receipt correspondence, no cancellation follow-up in-house. Promotional products logistics has gone from a topic to a given.
Full-service fulfillment doesn't prove itself through the shipments that arrive. It proves itself through the ones that don't.
The entire chain, including the exceptions. Transport deviations, non-receipt reports and cancellations are set up as transactions and handled at PROWERB — including correspondence with suppliers, carriers and recipients. None of these conversations lands on your desk.
In four documented stations: reporting as its own transaction, verification against the system status — shipment history, proof of delivery, inventory posting —, correspondence with all parties involved, and closure via cancellation, invoice correction or credit note. The case ends with a clean posting, not an open question.
Yes. Correspondence with the carrier, supplier and recipient runs in the client's name. Your brand is the public face, PROWERB works behind it.
Yes — this case is the proof. The mandate has run since 2022 with almost no campaign share: order, shelve, ship, week after week, plus exception handling. The value shows up in what no longer happens at the customer's end.
Goods receipt posts inventory in real time in the PROWERB CORE system, shipments are notified and tracked, every exception case is documented as a transaction in the system. Your dedicated contact is a fixed team, not a call center.
The entry point is a non-binding Needs Check in under 60 seconds. Onboarding follows, taking around 14 weeks to go-live.
If transport deviations, non-receipt reports and cancellations keep piling up internally, that's an operating-model question, not a staffing question. Describe your chain to us — we'll show you what it looks like with one owner.
