Why from a single source

A collection is designed quickly. Selling it is the marathon.

A collection becomes ready for sale through suitable variant stocks and planned replenishment.

A concrete choice

A small collection with reorderable variants.

A shirt, scarf and accessory share one design language but need different stocks. The shirt has a size range, the scarf one version, and the accessory may have colour variants. This creates a manageable assortment for the shop and shipping.

Coordinated fan collection with shirt, scarf, accessory, size variants and packing preparation.
Think through a collection from assortment to shipping.
Services

Prepare the collection, variant mix and peak.

01Assortment and editionPlan permanent items, limited editions and collectibles separately. Audience, design and price range determine which textiles and accessories fit together.
02Sizes and variantsDefine the size mix for each garment and quantities per colour. Use existing sales data or an initial demand estimate; replenishment is needed at variant level.
03Release and stockIdentify a launch, match day or tour as the peak. Agree lead time, repeat-production options and handling of sold-out variants before launch; include returns in stock planning.
Workflow and approval

Approve the sample collection, connect shop and shipping.

PROWERB develops the collection and D2C shop on its own platform and handles production, print, embroidery, storage and shipping.

01Review and approvalYou approve samples and variants. Before launch, shop items and stocks are assigned; if a size is missing, replenishment and its shop presentation are agreed.
02Handoff and exceptionsReturns follow the agreed stock-handling process.
FAQ

Common questions about Fan & Retail Merch.

Does PROWERB build the shop itself?

Yes, on its own platform — including integration with warehousing and dispatch.

Limited editions too?

Yes. For a limited edition, we agree quantities, sizes or variants and the intended sales period. Sample approval, finishing and inventory management need to match. The brief should also state whether restocking is intended or the edition is deliberately limited.

How do we plan the first size mix?

Sales data for comparable products helps; without history, we start from an agreed demand estimate. Sizes are considered individually and replenishment is reviewed against actual sales.
