A young audio/HiFi brand in the middle of brand building. A product with ambition — and not yet a channel to carry it. PROWERB built the entire digital foundation: brand development, website, online shop, a product-companion app and first sales channels via hospitality partnerships. Run as a project behind the scenes. Only the brand is visible.

Most mandates start with something already in place: running shops, established processes, grown ranges. This one started with a blank page. The manufacturer was at the very beginning of brand building — without a digital presence, without its own sales channel, without structure for market entry. What was needed wasn't a single trade, but the complete foundation of a brand.
PROWERB ran the build as a connected project, not as a chain of individual assignments. Brand development, website and online shop were created in parallel and interlock with each other. The product-companion app extends the product digitally. Hospitality partnerships open the first sales channels before the own channel has reach. The same crew that runs ongoing shops for corporate brands built the starting lineup here.
Four work packages, one sequence, one person responsible. Each building block builds on the previous one.
Brand development from zero: positioning, visual identity, presence. The foundation on which shop and app are built.
Building website and online shop as an own sales channel — from the first draft to the running presence.
Development of a product-companion app that extends the speakers digitally. Aligned with brand and shop, not built alongside them.
Business development via hospitality partnerships: first sales contacts and market presence while the own channel grows.
At the end of the build phase stands what was missing before: a brand presence, an own online shop, an app for the product, and first partnerships in the market. This case deliberately does without figures — a build project isn't measured by throughput, but by whether a brand stands and can be operated.
Greenfield projects are not a special case at PROWERB, but the other half of the same work: building what afterward has to run reliably.
Both. Greenfield projects are not a special case at PROWERB, but the other half of the same work: building what afterward has to run reliably. The same crew that runs ongoing shops for corporate brands builds the starting lineup here.
Four work packages, one sequence: first brand development as the foundation, then website and online shop as an own sales channel, then the product-companion app, with partnerships as first sales channels in parallel. Each building block builds on the previous one.
The build is run as a connected project, not as a chain of individual assignments — one team, one person responsible. You have a dedicated contact instead of a call center; the project is run behind the scenes, only your brand is visible.
Yes. In the audio/HiFi case, a product-companion app was created that extends the speakers digitally — aligned with brand and shop, not built alongside them.
That's what business development via partnerships is for: in the case, hospitality partnerships opened first sales contacts and market presence while the own channel grew. Market entry doesn't depend on the shop alone.
