A contact, an occasion and an agreed package: PROWERB connects selected HubSpot processes with shipping and feedback. Triggers, data scope and approvals are defined before launch.
Decide which approved process may initiate a shipment.
Recipients, contents and duplicate handling follow the agreed rules.
Status remains linked to the contact or process.
Example workflow. Data scope, approvals and technical requirements are agreed with your team.
The platforms shown belong to the described workflow. We agree the exact scope, required access and responsibilities for your setup.
CRM case and operational response
A sample box after a sales conversation or a shipment to an approved segment: HubSpot can provide the trigger, while the operational order also needs products, quantities and a usable delivery address. We define this handover with your marketing and sales teams. The return flow matters too: shipping updates need to be assigned to the correct contact or record so your team can answer enquiries.
A sample box is agreed with a business client in the CRM. Turning that promise into an order needs more than a contact name: delivery address, product selection, ownership and an approved handover must align. Later status should return to the corresponding case.
Define which confirmed CRM event may trigger an order. Check required data and ownership before transfer.
Connect contact, company and destination to the order. A later CRM change must not unintentionally alter an active shipment.
Map acceptance and shipping updates to the agreed CRM view. Sales can see which commitment remains open.
A CRM integration is not an end in itself. It pays into four points — from initial setup to ongoing data flow.
Yes. We work with what's there: your portal, your pipelines, your properties. For data exchange we use the paths already running in our client operations — interfaces, SFTP file exchange, or direct imports.
Yes, as a project — as done for a mid-market dealer, together with webshop, EDI, and website. We define the scope per project: from basic setup to full integration with order and dispatch processes.
As much as necessary, as little as possible. Typical: recipient and segment data for dispatch campaigns in one direction, order and dispatch status in the other. The exact scope is defined in the project, not the brochure.
We process recipient data on behalf of our clients. PROWERB works with an external data protection officer (Daseco GmbH) and documented processes — a precondition, not an extra, for campaigns involving personal data.
No. Proven examples include EDI connections (EDIFACT), shop platforms such as Magento, Shopify, and JTL, SFTP order exchange, and connections to logistics partners. HubSpot is one integration among many — but one we've already rolled out.
A short briefing is enough: which systems are in use, which processes should be connected, what has to be measurable in the end. We respond with a concrete proposal for the integration — including whether HubSpot is the right place for it.
