Salesforce integration
Whether a CRM event or a commerce order: PROWERB connects the agreed Salesforce process with physical fulfilment. Customer data, order references and status are exchanged for the intended purpose.
A released process identifies the recipient, contents and reference.
Required data is validated and handed to the agreed fulfilment process.
Shipping status is linked back to the original process.
Example workflow. Data scope, approvals and technical requirements are agreed with your team.
The platforms shown belong to the described workflow. We agree the exact scope, required access and responsibilities for your setup.
Customer relationships and order handover
A sales team sends samples, a campaign supplies selected contacts or service staff arrange a replacement. We agree which Salesforce event may trigger an order and which approvals are required first. Recipients, items and references are assigned to the operational order. The agreed status updates are then returned to the relevant CRM record.
A sales activity creates a shipping request. Transfer the confirmed requirement from Salesforce into fulfilment and return updates to the corresponding case. Map contacts, accounts and delivery addresses deliberately; a free-text field is not an agreed data contract.
Specify which approved action triggers transfer. Agree the object, required information and responsible role.
Check reference, products and recipient using a complete request. Include duplicate transfers and changes.
Map acceptance, shipment and exceptions to the intended object. The account team can see when it needs to act.
Salesforce stays the leading system for customer and order — the operation behind it is ours.
These steps describe the integration project. In larger fulfillment takeovers it is part of the seven-phase introduction; around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that overall scope. An individual integration is scheduled according to its data, counterpart and acceptance tests.
Which Salesforce (Sales, Service or Commerce Cloud), which modules, which trading partners, which messages — we map the real system landscape.
Field mapping of the relevant objects, definition of events and return channels, clarification of rights and tenants.
Setup of converters or endpoints, test messages against your system, sign-off against real transactions.
Controlled first load, parallel operation until stable — no big bang without a way back.
We run the interface in continuous operation: monitoring, exception handling, changes. One contact, not a ticket call center.
PROWERB manages the agreed handoff into its operations. Your IT team or system partner owns changes in the source system. Before launch, we agree who handles each type of error and approves a corrected transmission.
Sales, Service and Commerce Cloud. Exchange runs via REST API and signed webhooks — independent of the cloud.
No. Salesforce stays leading; we connect with our operation instead of rebuilding your processes.
Webhooks deliver events in real time; bulk data runs as batch. You choose per data type.
PROWERB manages the agreed interface; your Salesforce team owns configuration and approvals in your environment. Before go-live, we assign responsibility for invalid data, technical retries, object changes and open transactions.
Which cloud, which objects, which events — a first briefing needs no more. We answer with the chain behind the deal.
