Magento, Shopify, JTL, EDIFACT via Anveo and Ecosio, HubSpot, Amazon: we work within the systems already running for you. Where an in-house solution fits, we use PROWERB Core as ERP and WMS and the MEP platform for promotion planning and shop connections. We develop both systems ourselves; the appropriate connection to existing systems is clarified for each project.

Shop, ERP, CRM and warehouse serve different purposes. We first define the source of each data type and required responses, then choose the route: interface, file or direct import. In larger fulfillment takeovers this is part of the seven-phase introduction. Individual integrations receive their own scope and schedule. Contacts, documentation and acceptance tests belong in the initial briefing.
A new sales channel needs to connect to the existing operation. A platform name is not enough: product data, order transfer, stock and later responses each need a reliable path. Walk through one complete order before adding further messages or exceptions.
Assign a source for products, customers, prices and stock. Respect existing identifiers in the mapping.
Test the order, acceptance, shipment and agreed documents as one case. Status must be meaningful on both sides.
Define error handling, retries and contacts. Connect technical sign-off to business acceptance.
Shop systems, marketplaces, EDI, CRM, carriers — for every connection there is at least one client where it's productive today.
In most cases, yes. PROWERB Core is an in-house-developed ERP and WMS with a process engine — we determine what connects. The data channel depends on your system: interface, order files via SFTP, or direct import. The MEP platform connects existing eShops, ERP, and WMS systems.
No. Your system stays the system of record wherever you want it to. Erdinger works via order files over SFTP, Bitburger via direct import from the sweepstakes app — both without touching their own system landscape.
For larger fulfillment takeovers, we use the seven-phase method: from requirements and master data through system integration, testing and stock transfer to go-live and handover to ongoing operations. Around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that scope; data quality, interfaces and stock transfer determine the actual date. Smaller or purely digital assignments receive a suitable introduction plan.
Then we build and operate it. The MEP platform is also available as a standalone SaaS — promotion planning and campaign configurator without your own system project.
Yes, continuously. The operations cockpit delivers live Power BI reports, inventory development, budget control, and track and trace — available around the clock and connectable into your systems.
Shop system, ERP, carrier, CRM — tell us what's running for you. We respond with the concrete connection point for each system and the path to get there.
