Shop order and fulfilment
Customer groups, variants and different delivery addresses need to remain clear after checkout. PROWERB connects the Magento shop with order management and the warehouse. The scope can range from order import to stock and status synchronisation. Together, we define how partial quantities, missing information and returns are handled so your team can follow an order’s progress.
A dealer orders variants at its agreed terms for a different delivery address. Warehouse handling needs unambiguous lines and quantities. Check how shop products, commercial details and the shipping order remain connected, including a partial shipment.

For larger fulfillment takeovers, we use the seven-phase method: from requirements and master data through system integration, testing and stock transfer to go-live and handover to ongoing operations. Around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that scope; data quality, interfaces and stock transfer determine the actual date. Smaller or purely digital assignments receive a suitable introduction plan.
Yes. Alongside the fulfillment connection, we can handle item maintenance, order and invoice processing and the agreed shop operations. Before handover, we review the version, extensions, existing interfaces and ownership of development and maintenance. This defines the support scope.
Short-term peaks are absorbed by the flexible workforce pool: 200 percent of baseline capacity in 24 hours, 400 percent of baseline capacity in 72 hours. One-off promotions run over the campaign line, without slowing ongoing operations.
