Orders, stock and shipping updates
After purchase, the customer expects a clear confirmation and reliable information about the shipment. The Shopify order, warehouse handling and shipping update need to stay connected. Alongside fulfillment, PROWERB can manage item maintenance, order and invoice processing and end-customer communication. We agree which tasks remain with your brand and which our team handles.
A Shopify order contains two items, only one of which is immediately available. Agree whether to wait or ship in parts and how the shop will communicate it. Shipping status must reflect confirmed quantities; creating a parcel number alone does not mean delivery is complete.
Check products, quantities, recipient and agreed release conditions. Resolve invalid lines before execution.
Handle partial or complete shipment according to shop rules. Keep the decision traceable for support and warehouse.
Return shipment updates, tracking and outstanding quantity to the order. Answer enquiries using the same reference.
Six services, available individually or as one operation:
For a traditional German brewery, PROWERB operates the official fan shop on Shopify: goods receipt and inventory management for fan merchandise, order and invoice processing, plus dispatch of jerseys and fan merchandise from sweepstakes — including delivery-status communication to winners.
That the integration isn't tied to the platform is shown by Arizona Iced Tea, with direct integration into its existing shop and goods dispatch for D2C and Amazon — and Oatly, with a standalone shop solution handling welcome packages for hospitality accounts and new partners.
These peak figures refer to baseline output: 200% is double, 400% is fourfold (+300%). Achievable volume and lead time are agreed for the item mix, goods and data availability, staffing and shift plan.
Directly to PROWERB CORE, our in-house ERP and WMS system. Orders from the shop flow automatically into order management; inventory and shipment status are reported back in real time. Client online shops are built into the system architecture as a dedicated channel — connecting to an existing shop is the standard case, not a special project.
Yes. Shop operations is a managed service: order processing, invoicing and credit-note processes, item maintenance. Proven in the ongoing operation of the official fan shop for a traditional German brewery — Shopify frontend and fulfillment under one roof.
For larger fulfillment takeovers, we use the seven-phase method: from requirements and master data through system integration, testing and stock transfer to go-live and handover to ongoing operations. Around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that scope; data quality, interfaces and stock transfer determine the actual date. Smaller or purely digital assignments receive a suitable introduction plan.
The campaign line scales from one to 15,000 shipments per day, changeover time under three hours. Short-term capacity grows to 200 percent of baseline capacity in 24 hours and to 400 percent of baseline capacity in 72 hours — via the flexible workforce pool and shift extensions.
Yes — delivery status, exception handling, returns. For the Bitburger summer campaign, PROWERB ran the phone hotline and complete email support alongside logistics from goods receipt to prize dispatch.
Yes. Shopify is one of several operated platforms; existing shops and standalone shop solutions are integrated as well. What matters isn't the frontend but the chain behind it — and that always runs on the same systems.
Assortment, volume, planned campaigns — that's all a first briefing needs. PROWERB reviews integration, warehouse logic and campaign readiness and responds with a concrete operating proposal.
