Presentation, materials and packaging shape the first impression. PROWERB sources, finishes and assembles merchandise and sets for fashion, beauty and premium brand presentations.

Align samples, displays and documents with the brand presentation.
Bring products and inserts together into a coherent presentation.
Organise stock, ordering and replenishment across locations.
A press kit, store launch and personalised team collection have different requirements. Artwork versions, materials, packaging and recipient lists need to match before dispatch. We agree samples and approvals with you, then handle the items through finishing, storage and shipping. This keeps the intended version for each occasion clear.
Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems
Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.

Filtered down to what luxury, fashion and beauty brands draw on at PROWERB: finishing, inventory, portals, campaigns.
A press kit and a store kit need different approvals. For the press kit, material, folding, inserts and the order of opening matter; for store kits, the repeatable contents for each branch matter. Use a packed sample and contents list for approval. Agree in advance who approves a substitute if a component becomes unavailable, so a quantity change does not silently alter the brand presentation.
An international luxury goods group and Peek & Cloppenburg represent two publicly described mandates. That textiles run at scale at PROWERB is also shown by a look across industry lines: for Arizona, PROWERB partly handles procurement and finishing of the textiles — hoodies, flip-flops — and ships them via Amazon and D2C.
Flocking, transfer printing, embroidery, screen printing and direct-to-garment digital printing — as single orders and as batch production with transfer presses operating in parallel. Which method fits depends on material, motif and run size; we clarify that in the briefing.
No. Finished goods go straight into our own inventory without a handover: stocked, managed in real time, picked and shipped from the same facility in Kleve. One system, one booking logic.
The campaign line is designed for fast campaign changes; load peaks are absorbed through a flex-staff pool and shift expansion. Collection changes and sale phases are ongoing operations here, not an exception.
Yes. Distribution runs B2B, B2C and D2C — from fan shop to POS to end customer, even across borders: for Arizona, for example, into the Benelux region.
Item, run size, target date: that's all it takes for a first assessment of method, process and capacity.
