Services · Promotional Products & B2B Shops
Your employees order from their designated catalogue. With Agora Commerce, PROWERB builds employee shops with suitable roles, budgets and approvals and connects them to fulfilment.

Who orders which products, variants and quantities?
Which roles, budgets or checks belong to the process?
How are orders, shipping and enquiries connected?
Without a closed shop, equipping runs on ad hoc requests: bulk orders in Excel, approvals by email, chaos around sizes, logos and suppliers. A closed shop defines who may order what — turning it into a documented standard process from order intake through confirmation and invoice to dispatch.
What matters is what comes after go-live: an ordering portal is never finished, it runs. That's why we take on not just the build, but the operation — order and invoice processing, PO handling, credit notes and item maintenance via standardized notification processes.
Agora Commerce · Developed by PROWERB
With Agora Commerce, we build B2B shops for employees, dealers and procurement teams. The catalogue, roles, budgets and ordering process are configured for your project.
A new employee needs clothing and materials for her location. Her role determines the assortment; the agreed budget and any required approval govern ordering. The journey explains sizes, delivery address and how to handle an item that does not fit.
Test invitation, location and permissions with a representative account. Role changes also need a clear owner.
Show size, quantity, budget and destination in the same flow. Obtain required approvals before execution.
Keep delivery status and enquiries linked to the order. Agree handling for size changes and personalised goods in advance.
For a larger fulfilment takeover, introduction follows seven phases (0–6). Around 14 weeks is a planning guideline once master data, contracts, inventory transfer, interfaces and approvals are settled. A digital build or smaller scope receives its own schedule.
Define employee roles, locations and equipment budgets; dealer management covers independent partner networks.
Check sizes, personalisation, approvals and queries in the ordering journey.
Accept access, test orders and ownership; agree the overall plan through Integrations.
A closed shop at PROWERB isn't a software license — it's an operated process. The scope behind it:
Order, inventory booking and dispatch run in our own system: PROWERB CORE manages orders, items and inventory in real time — RFID-capable, booked without gaps. As the shop grows, the platform grows with it: the MEP maps multi-brand strategies and connects new locations and assortments without rebuilding the portal. For sensitive user groups, data protection matters: PROWERB works with an external data protection officer and operates, among others, the GDPR-sensitive web shop of a nationwide statutory health insurance fund.
A selection of proven portal operations. We name names where customers have given approval.
Access. A closed shop is login-protected and limited to a defined user group — employees, branches, sales or workshop partners. Assortment, prices and approvals apply only to this group and aren't publicly visible.

No. The MEP platform connects existing online shops, ERP and WMS systems. It's cloud-based, maps multi-brand strategies and can also be used standalone as SaaS.
Yes. Textile finishing is a core service: embroidery, flocking, screen printing, transfer and digital direct printing run in-house, customized per order. Details are on the Corporate Fashion & Workwear Shop page.
Order and recipient data is processed in compliance with GDPR, with an external data protection officer overseeing operations. The web shop operation for a nationwide statutory health insurance fund shows that sensitive user groups work too.
In the briefing, we clarify user group, assortment and system landscape — and you get a solid assessment of scope and timeline.
