Account, offer and goods flow
Labels and bags are only the start. What decides success on the Amazon channel are other questions: Is the stock at the fulfillment center before the Prime Day deal? Does the returned stock go back into inventory checked and verified — or onto a shelf nobody tracks?
Does anyone maintain listing and warehouse stock in the same system? PROWERB brings both together: a physical warehouse with real-time inventory management, and a marketplace operation that runs for a leading manufacturer of abrasives as its own JTL tenant — brand store, FBA handling, returns management, Prime Day and Black Friday deals included.
A delivery contains several variants for the next FBA replenishment. Before labelling and shipping, match the physical item, marketplace mapping and required packaging. Separate and resolve a mismatched variant before including it in the shipment.
Reconcile quantities and variants with the announced delivery. Record discrepancies against the correct item.
Define labelling, packaging and required work using the current order and applicable requirements.
Assign prepared units to the shipment. Dispatch and confirmation of receipt remain separate, verifiable steps.
You decide where we start — at delivery to Amazon or across the entire channel. None of these modules sit on a roadmap.
The assignments below show different tasks: FBA and marketplace operations for manufacturers, plus Amazon/D2C shipping and Benelux logistics for Arizona. Arizona’s distribution concerns goods logistics and does not by itself establish FBA prep. Peak figures of 200 and 400 percent refer to baseline capacity (double and fourfold, +300%); item mix, goods, data and shifts determine the agreed scope.
Goods receipt with inspection, labeling, repackaging, set and bundle formation, cartoning and palletizing per Amazon spec. Kitting & assembly and co-packing are core operations for us — the same cells also stock displays and campaign packs for beverage groups.
Yes. The scope is your decision: preparation and delivery only, prep plus warehousing and returns, or the complete marketplace operation including the account. From a pure logistics scope to a full-service mandate, every level is proven in active mandates.
In Kleve on the Lower Rhine, directly on the Dutch border — with a direct connection to freight-forwarder hubs in Benelux, as it runs for Arizona. Anyone supplying the neighboring markets alongside Amazon Germany saves the detour.
Returns are recorded and inspected according to the agreed procedure. Depending on their condition and the instructions, items are restocked, reworked or assigned to another agreed process. Physical receipt alone does not mean that an item is ready for sale again. Processing and stock status are made available through the agreed reporting.
That's the normal case, not the exception: Prime Day and Black Friday deals run in existing mandates. Capacity grows at short notice through a flexible-staff pool and shift extension — to 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours, to 400 percent of baseline capacity within 72 hours.
For an individual prep order, we plan goods receipt, SKU and label data, work steps, quantities and the Amazon delivery date. There is no blanket 14-week lead time for that order. The seven-phase method with that planning guide concerns larger takeovers involving storage, integration and ongoing operations.
SKUs, volumes, planned deals, your current prep route — that's all we need. You get a clear assessment of which scope will work: preparation, warehouse, or the whole operation.
