Our software · PROWERB

Order marketing materials. Plan campaigns together.

A marketing execution platform connects catalogues, recipients, approvals and orders. PROWERB develops the portals and connects them to its own operations, from individual orders to campaigns across multiple locations.

Thesis

Order, approve and follow the job.

MEP describes ordering and marketing tasks in the portal. Prowerb OS organises operational collaboration through Atlas as the customer view and Nexus as the operational view; ProAktion belongs to the existing processing environment. Agora Commerce Suite provides the commerce perspective on shops, catalogues and permissions. Products, interfaces and approvals used together are defined for each project.

Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems

Planning stays connected to fulfilment.

Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.

Example workflow

Turn a recipient list into an executable order.

A marketing team plans promotional packs for several locations. Its list contains duplicate recipients, different quantities and incomplete addresses. Resolve these issues before approval, so the package, quantity, timing and recipient are defined for every shipment.

    Modules

A selection from 18 configurable modules.

The following six examples show typical tasks. Which of the 18 modules are used and which data they need are agreed for the specific portal scope.

01Promotion planningSet up campaigns, schedule them and assign them to the right brand — including multiple brands of one group in a single platform.
02Campaign configuratorAssemble promotional products, sets and quantities for the campaign — the configuration becomes the work instruction for kitting & assembly and dispatch.
03Shipment-list uploadUpload recipient lists instead of emailing them. The import runs via MEP directly into the campaign line.
04System integrationExisting online shops, ERP and WMS systems are integrated, not replaced.
05Multi-brand managementA multi-brand strategy can be mapped in one instance — one portal, separate brands, separate ranges.
06Stand-alone operationMEP is cloud-based and usable as SaaS even without PROWERB logistics.
    Process

From campaign idea to approved order.

A campaign runs through the platform in five steps. No export, no break in the data chain, no second service provider.

    1. 01

      01 · Plan

Promotion planning in the MEP: set up the campaign, set the period, assign the brand.

    2. 02

      02 · Configure

The campaign configurator assembles articles, sets and quantities.

    3. 03

      03 · Hand over recipients

Upload the shipment list — the import of recipient lists runs directly into the campaign line.

    4. 04

      04 · Execute

Picking, kitting & assembly and dispatch run through PROWERB CORE. Inventory is booked in real time.

    5. 05

      05 · Track

The Operations Cockpit delivers live reports, track & trace, inventory trends and budget control — around the clock, integrable into customer systems.

    Portal journey

MEP from the ordering user’s view

    1. 01SelectChoose a campaign and authorised catalogue.
    2. 02PrepareAdd quantities, recipients and required details.
    3. 03CheckCorrect missing data and obtain required approval.
    4. 04HandoverPass the approved order to agreed processing.
    5. 05FollowView confirmations, status and open questions.

Modules, permissions and feedback are agreed per portal. An upload alone does not release a shipment.

    From selection to approval.

    Integration

Existing systems are integrated, not replaced.

MEP sits as an execution layer between the customer's channels and PROWERB operations. The channel layer of the architecture includes customer online shops and e-commerce, Amazon, BI systems and parcel connectors to the dispatch providers — more than 50 active customer online shops are connected to this architecture. Since 2026, PROWERB PROMOTION adds direct MEP integration of the cobot campaign line: fewer handover points for more output.

01Customer online shops & e-commerceExisting shops and front-ends connect directly to the platform.
02ERP & WMSIntegration with the customer's system landscape — orders, articles, inventory.
03Amazon & BIMarketplace and BI channels run through the same channel layer.
04Parcel connectorsDispatch providers are integrated at the system level — the foundation for advance notice and shipment tracking.

Campaign module at flaschenpost. Ordering platforms for Coca-Cola.

flaschenpost manages promotions via the campaign module in the MEP — from kitting & assembly of product inserts to distribution from the central warehouse to direct delivery to the hubs. For Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, PROWERB operates digital ordering platforms and management of all brands, connected via interfaces and in-house tools, with round-the-clock reporting.

    FAQ

The most common questions about the MEP platform.

Is the MEP platform an in-house development?

Yes. MEP is part of PROWERB's own tech stack — alongside PROWERB CORE (ERP and WMS), PROFLOW APC and the Data Lake. It's developed in our own IT and Digital Hub in Düsseldorf.

Can we use MEP without PROWERB logistics?

Yes. The platform is cloud-based and usable stand-alone as SaaS. It unfolds its full benefit with a connected warehouse — then the stretch from planning to shipment runs without a break in the data chain.

Can our existing shop or ERP be integrated?

Yes. MEP integrates existing online shops, ERP and WMS systems. The channel layer also includes Amazon, BI systems and parcel connectors.

How long does the rollout take?

For a larger fulfilment takeover, introduction follows seven phases (0–6). Around 14 weeks is a planning guideline once master data, contracts, inventory transfer, interfaces and approvals are settled. A digital build or smaller scope receives its own schedule.

What happens to the shipment list after upload?

The import runs directly into the campaign line — staff scheduling, changeover, kitting & assembly, dispatch. Since 2026, the cobot campaign line has been directly connected to MEP under PROWERB PROMOTION.
