The desired arrival date determines the backward plan. Products, approvals, addresses and shipping are aligned early, including your recipients’ receiving hours.
Account for holidays, closures and delivery locations before planning.
Finalise products, personalisation and addresses by the agreed date.
Allow lead time for assembly, transport and potential exceptions.
Recipient lists, procurement and finishing need to come together in time. The appropriate dispatch window depends on destination addresses and their receiving hours. While standing-range items continue through fulfillment, the Christmas campaign is prepared as a separate order on the campaign line. Approved data, available goods and the agreed shipping plan determine your schedule.

The curve shows where the campaign line adds capacity. The prepared resources behind the rise are what make it work.
Three accounts from the beverage business show the pattern that matters in December: a defined time window, high unit volume, end customers in play — and no second attempt.
Agree specific dates by recipient group, including shutdowns and receiving hours. Late changes enter an approved follow-up dispatch so the main volume can meet its date.
Confirm the final receiving day and shutdowns for each location.
Deduct carrier transit time and buffer; plan parcels and freight separately.
Goods, packaging and inserts must be checked before the assembly slot.
Approve address lists, variants and greeting cards. Follow up missing details separately.
Handle tracking and exceptions; inspect returns and release remaining stock for future use.
The campaign line itself is set up quickly — the lead time is determined by procurement and finishing. Slots for the year-end business fill up early; the sooner the briefing is in place, the greater the leeway on assortment and timing. Our ongoing campaign business shows that short-notice special campaigns also work — though in that case material availability is the deciding factor.
Yes. B2B to sites and branches, B2C to private addresses, D2C from shop integrations — all three channels are standard. End-customer dispatch including delivery-status communication is our day-to-day business in the promotions segment.
Glassware shipping, bulky goods like umbrellas and cooler boxes, handling of alcoholic beverages — all day-to-day business from the beverage portfolio. The warehouse has dedicated areas for glass, bulky and hazardous goods.
Your brand. From the packaging to the exception-handling correspondence, we act in the customer's name; on request, we also help design the campaign packaging. PROWERB stays in the background.
From a uniform gift box to sets per recipient group. Kitting & assembly runs on bills of materials in our own inventory management system, we finish textiles on an order basis, and inserts such as greeting cards are kitted in as well.
They are booked in and tracked in real time. Remaining stock is then available for follow-up campaigns or ongoing promotional-products dispatch — nothing disappears into a corner of the warehouse.
Send us the quantity corridor, assortment idea and target date. You'll receive a feasibility assessment and a slot proposal for your Christmas campaign.
