Use Case · Campaign Logistics
A campaign adds orders to daily operations. This workflow shows how volume planning, available stock and an agreed capacity increase work together.
Compare volumes and timing with the campaign plan.
Align stock, data, staff and shifts for the agreed volume.
Process daily orders and campaign orders against agreed deadlines.
An on-pack promotion, a sweepstakes, a display offensive at the start of the season: campaign volume doesn't arrive evenly, it arrives all at once. Fulfillment setups designed for ongoing operations tip over at exactly this point — staff are missing, floor space is missing, the lines are occupied with permanent items.
Anyone who only starts looking for capacity now loses weeks from the campaign period. Beverage and FMCG brands know the pattern: at Arizona, every new product highlight — flip-flops, hoodies — triggers the next peak.
And unlike the marketplace peak on Prime Day, the date isn't on the channel's calendar, it's on the brand's own campaign plan.
The dedicated campaign line is prepared for assembly and display filling. Prepared line switches take under three hours; materials, sample packs and data must be approved beforehand. A standby pool and shifts support planning for 200% of baseline within 24 hours and 400% within 72 hours: double or fourfold (+300%). Item mix, goods, data and staff determine the capacity actually agreed.
Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems
Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.

Preparation example: the shipment list is approved, but one component of the campaign kit is missing from the delivery notice. The AM Promotions team checks inbound timing against the start date; the client decides whether the full campaign must wait or a separately approved partial quantity can be prepared. The packing specification remains the basis of the readiness check. At completion, dispatched quantities and outstanding quantities are reconciled with the approved list.
Check recipients, quantities and incoming goods against the date.
Count, inspect condition and book available goods.
Provide staff, packaging and the approved sample kit.
Check the test kit, then assemble and document final inspection.
Dispatch approved quantities by channel; assign remaining stock and exceptions.

The curve shows where the campaign line adds capacity. The prepared resources behind the rise are what make it work.
More than a thousand campaigns a year run through the campaign lines in Kleve. For Coca-Cola, PROWERB handles every promotion — from sample packs to VIP ticketing. Erdinger runs campaign periods spanning several weeks, interspersed with short-notice special promotions ranging from a small add-on gift to full-truckload size, delivered directly to retail and the grocery trade's central warehouse.
For the Bitburger summer campaign, PROWERB took over the entire logistics management from goods receipt to prize dispatch. And from 2026, flaschenpost will again run its promotions fully through PROWERB — kitting & assembly of the product add-ons, distribution via the central warehouse, direct delivery to the hubs, controlled through the MEP's campaign module.
A flexible-labor pool and shift expansion lift capacity to 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours, to 400 percent of baseline capacity within 72 hours. The campaign line itself scales from one to 15,000 shipments per day — across display stocking, co-packing and kitting & assembly.
Ongoing operations and campaigns are planned with separate volumes and resources. Before launch we confirm capacity for both and agree priorities for deviations.
The line is set up for the next campaign in under three hours: staff scheduling, changeover, verification by Process Engineering. The AM Promotions team plans the line, staffing and goods receipt backward from the start date — as a dedicated contact, not a hotline.
Three pieces of information: campaign period, expected shipment volume, and type of kitting & assembly. That's all the first check needs. Recipient lists and campaign data come later via the online tool or the MEP's campaign module, while suppliers give advance notice of the campaign goods in parallel.
Goods, data, samples and line setup are checked before the run. Final inspection documents the result; deviations go to the named approval owner.
