A 3PL stores, picks and ships goods on a customer’s behalf. For a parcel-ready assortment with established shop integrations, standardized fulfillment can be a good fit. Promotional products may add glass, bulky goods, finishing, kits and campaign deadlines. Check these requirements against the actual quote. PROWERB combines procurement, finishing, warehousing, shipping and end-customer support; your order profile determines which components you need.

The matrix lists checks, not blanket characteristics of every provider. Scope, interfaces, price and approvals must be stated in the specific offer.
| Requirement | Check the standard model | Check PROWERB |
|---|---|---|
| Assortment | Confirm supported dimensions, weights and goods | Agree glass, bulky goods and special handling per item |
| Customisation and kits | Finished items or defined partner handover | In-house customisation and assembly with sample approval |
| Demand profile | Confirm normal and peak volumes, dates and price | Plan ongoing operations and campaign line with a confirmed slot |
| Data and support | Check integration, exports and exception handling | Check own systems, reporting and commissioned customer care |
In the existing portfolio, Vaillant illustrates standardized call-offs and ongoing inventory management, while the Bitburger summer campaign illustrates waves of prize dispatch and end-customer support. Use that distinction to frame your comparison: must the new provider handle both modes, or is a limited scope enough? If your current 3PL reliably covers ongoing operations, commissioning a campaign separately may require less migration than a full switch. In that case, pay particular attention to stock allocation and order-data handover.
PROWERB operates POS logistics for retail and hospitality, promotions, ticketing and event logistics for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. The ticketing and hospitality relationship dates from 2021. That date does not describe the start of every listed logistics service. The comparison question is which of these tasks your own operation needs.
Technically, yes: warehousing, picking and dispatch on the client's behalf. In scope, no: PROWERB is not a mass fulfiller but a custom fulfiller — procurement, finishing, campaign fulfillment and end-customer support are part of the operation, not on an exceptions list.
Yes. Depending on the system landscape, the connection runs via interface, SFTP order files or direct import — in our current portfolio, for example, the direct connection to Arizona's shop, the exchange of order files with Erdinger, and order import from Bitburger's sweepstakes app. Whoever has no platform of their own uses the MEP as a cloud-based ordering and promotion platform.
Capacity scales with it: flex-staff pool and shift extension increase output to 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours, to 400 percent of baseline capacity within 72 hours. Short-notice campaign changes are covered by the promotion line's changeover time.
Yes. The chain runs from consulting and procurement through finishing — flocking, transfer printing, embroidery, screen printing, digital direct printing — to kitting & assembly, dispatch and customer care, under one roof.
For larger fulfillment takeovers, seven phases lead from master data and contracts through systems and stock transfer to go-live. Around 14 weeks is a possible planning framework, depending on assortment, data quality, interfaces, stock availability and approvals. Individual campaigns and digital projects receive their own project plan.
Assortment, channels, next campaign date — that's all the first assessment needs. Your inquiry lands with key account management, not in a queue.
