ProcessesServicesReferences
Standard processes

Four processes shape dealer-network supply.

Our work with automotive brands shows the importance of maintained item data and clear responsibilities. When an item is replaced, both the dealer portal and warehouse need the update. When a purchase-order reference is missing, the correction must remain traceable through to the new document. We establish repeatable processes for these tasks.

01Item lifecycleCreation, renaming, deactivation — each process on a standard notification form, booked in the shop and warehouse system. At the Renault Group, renaming is the most frequent single process; for another international automaker, the complete item lifecycle is the core mandate.
02Order intake and confirmationThe shop accepts orders, confirms them, and triggers picking and dispatch. Invoice and credit-note processing belong to the same process.
03Invoice correction: adding the PO number →Corporate accounts-payable departments require documents with an order reference. If the PO number is missing, the document is corrected and reissued as a standard process.
04Quota and dealer allocationNot every dealer orders freely: quotas are assigned and controlled via the portal.

Service components

Four components carry automotive operations.

Each component runs on its own — together they form a closed loop from order to document.

01Promotional-products shop and order portalCustomer-specific shop with order and invoice processing, credit notes and assortment maintenance — operated, not just built.
02Item lifecycle and master dataMaintained item data connects the processes described above with ongoing shop and warehouse operations, including across two brands.
03Fulfillment and order-to-cash →Goods receipt, inventory management, picking, dispatch and exception handling. Permanently managed promotional items leave the warehouse on the same day over 95 percent of the time. The same-day share is an operating metric for permanently stocked promotional items, not a promise for each order. Dispatch depends on available stock, complete and approved order data, the agreed cut-off and working days. We clarify the reporting period and applicable service level for your project.
04Dealer portal and digital commerceBuild and operation of B2B portals with role, budget, quota and approval logic.

Operations for automotive brands and workshop networks.

Renault, another international automaker and junited AUTOGLAS illustrate different requirements: two brands within one customer relationship, continuous range maintenance and supply to a nationwide workshop network. The examples below describe the scope of each operation.

Renault Group
Two-brand operations under one customer relationship since 1996: item maintenance via standard notification forms, promotional-products shop with order and invoice processing, order-to-cash with credit notes and invoice corrections, goods receipt and carrier coordination.
Another international automaker
Promotional-products shop in permanent operation since 2021. Core mandate is the item lifecycle from creation to deactivation — plus order and invoice processing, carrier coordination and resolution of delivery discrepancies.
junited AUTOGLAS
Promotional-products shop as an end-to-end process for a nationwide workshop network: order, invoice, delivery — with a complete logistics chain from goods receipt through shipment tracking and courier commissioning to returns and print-data approval.

Questions

What car brands want to know before starting.

Can two brands run under one customer relationship?

Yes. The relationship with Renault began in 1996. Today, Renault and Dacia use this model: one customer relationship, one process framework — item maintenance runs per brand through the same standard notification forms.

Does PROWERB also take on the build and operation of dealer portals?

Yes. We build and operate B2B portals. Together, we define which dealers can view and order each range, how budgets and allocations work, and when approval is required. Planning starts with your dealer structure, product range and existing ordering and inventory systems.

How does item maintenance work in day-to-day business?

Your team submits the approved change using the agreed form. Before implementation, we clarify the item reference, effective date and treatment of remaining stock; the change is recorded in the shop and warehouse.

Does the model also work for workshop and service networks?

Yes. For junited AUTOGLAS, PROWERB operates the promotional-products shop as an end-to-end process from order to delivery — including goods receipt, shipment tracking, courier commissioning, returns and print-data approval.
