Explain the products and build the right sales channel.

Trade professionals, distributors and DIY customers need different information. Online sales require applications, pack sizes, technical documentation and delivery terms that match the offer. Together, we decide which ranges belong in your own shop, which suit marketplaces and how existing specialist retail fits in. The manufacturer provides product expertise and approvals; we coordinate content, technology and ongoing channel operations.

01Channel responsibilitiesDefine who approves product data, decides price changes and answers application questions. PROWERB can handle content, shop operations, marketplace maintenance and online marketing. The scope and handovers are agreed around your team.
02Heavy goods →Buckets, bags and containers: weight and packaging determine the shipping route. A container of sealant needs different information from a dealer pack with brochures and samples. Bring product data, package dimensions, weight and the existing storage and transport instructions. These allow the appropriate process to be assessed for each item.
03Platform obligationsProduct data, returns and platform requests need clear ownership. For DAC7 requests, we can compile the required seller information and documents within the agreed scope. The platform operator’s reporting obligations are distinguished from the information supplied by the seller.

Services for the industry

From the first product photo to the pallet in dispatch: the complete channel.

Each of these services runs at PROWERB as managed ongoing operations — not as a project that falls back to the manufacturer after go-live.

02Amazon & marketplacesSeller and FBA operations, listing optimisation, returns and removal orders. We also support platform requests, for example by compiling seller information for DAC7.

04Logistics & fulfillment →Goods receipt, real-time inventory management, picking, dispatch and carrier coordination — with dedicated warehouse areas for bulky goods and hazardous materials.

Case · anonymized

An online sales channel for a building-chemicals manufacturer.

A building-chemicals manufacturer wanted to develop direct sales without recruiting a digital department. PROWERB delivered the website, development, visual identity, brand book, product photography and Amazon sales through FBA. The work includes listing optimisation, SEO and SEA, returns processing and support for DAC7-related platform requests. Shared project boards coordinate the work. The manufacturer remains responsible for products and production; PROWERB manages the digital channel.

Brands within our group

Botament and Ultrament: connecting the brand experience with operations.

Botament and Ultrament belong to the MC-Bauchemie group. For these brands, we connect digital sales and marketing with order processing, warehousing and dispatch. The two examples illustrate different priorities within the same industry.

01BotamentMultilingual website and e-commerce operations with independent product-line presences and an AI assistant on the brand website. Behind it, the operational chain: promotional-products shop, fulfillment and carrier coordination, goods receipt and inventory management, plus a promotion app with end-customer support.
02UltramentOnline marketing and e-commerce operations for the brand plus the operational day-to-day: order and invoice processing, goods receipt and inventory, fulfillment and carrier logistics, order-to-cash and master data maintenance.
Industry & construction environment

Heavy goods are ongoing operations for us, not the exception.

From the industry and construction environment, 3M, Vaillant, Kaldewei and Sonepar, among others, work with PROWERB. For Vaillant, order and warehouse logistics have run in permanent operations since 2007 — from standardized order draw-down from the warehouse to exception-handling processing.

The base for this stands on the Lower Rhine: 25,000 square meters of warehouse space in a new building built in Kleve in 2022, more than 55,000 pallet spaces across the group, inventory management RFID-capable and booked in real time.

Questions from project conversations

What manufacturers want to know before starting.

How much effort stays with us at the plant?

Product knowledge and approvals. Build-up, operations, marketing and logistics sit with PROWERB — with dedicated contacts for strategy, campaigns and operational day-to-day business.

Do you take on the Amazon channel completely?

Yes, within the agreed scope: account and listing management, FBA processing, returns and online marketing. For DAC7-related platform requests, we help compile seller data and documents; the platform operator’s reporting duties and the seller’s information remain separate responsibilities.

Can you store and ship our containers?

For heavy and bulky goods, we run dedicated warehouse areas, including for hazardous materials and glass. Dispatch runs depending on the container as parcel, pallet or freight shipment — with shipment tracking and exception handling.

How quickly are we live?

For larger fulfillment takeovers, we use the seven-phase method: from requirements and master data through system integration, testing and stock transfer to go-live and handover to ongoing operations. Around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that scope; data quality, interfaces and stock transfer determine the actual date. Smaller or purely digital assignments receive a suitable introduction plan.
