PROWERB connects garment selection, finishing, sizes and repeat ordering. A collection becomes an ongoing supply process for employees and locations.

Agree use, materials and sizes before sourcing.
Match embroidery, print and approval samples to the garments.
Organise ordering, personalisation and delivery for each location.
Whoever sells workwear isn't managing articles — they're managing size runs. Every color, every fit, every name printing multiplies the inventory — and today's order is tomorrow's reorder. This isn't project business. It's continuous operation that needs an operations team, not a project organization.
Agora Commerce · Developed by PROWERB
With Agora Commerce, we build B2B shops for employees, dealers and procurement teams. The catalogue, roles, budgets and ordering process are configured for your project.

From the shop front end to delivery exception handling, everything sits under one roof at PROWERB — which combination carries the load depends on the range and channels.
For an international workwear brand, PROWERB runs e-commerce as an ongoing managed service — with continuous account management instead of a ticket queue. Behind it, the operational foundation: supplier correspondence, goods receipt and inventory posting, invoicing, dispatch and delivery exception handling. Not a project with an end date, but an operation that runs month after month.
Five finishing methods under one roof, run in series production with parallel-running presses. For Arizona, PROWERB handles part of the textile sourcing and finishing in-house and ships via Amazon and D2C; Peek & Cloppenburg and an international luxury goods group are among our customers. And our own team clothing with the red plus mark runs through the same presses as every customer order.
Both, under one roof. PROWERB builds and runs shops as a managed service and handles the warehousing, dispatch and document flow behind it. The interface between agency and logistics provider disappears.
Order-based, in our own finishing operation: flocking, embroidery, screen printing, transfer or direct-to-garment printing. Finishing is integrated into the order flow — from the shop through to production, booked consistently with inventory.
Returns are recorded and processed according to the agreed inspection procedure. For undecorated goods, checks include whether the condition and packaging allow restocking. Personalised items need a separate decision: a printed name cannot simply be reassigned to another order. We therefore agree the rules for size exchanges, refunds and rework with you before launch.
For larger fulfillment takeovers, we use the seven-phase method: from requirements and master data through system integration, testing and stock transfer to go-live and handover to ongoing operations. Around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that scope; data quality, interfaces and stock transfer determine the actual date. Smaller or purely digital assignments receive a suitable introduction plan.
Describe your range, channels and seasonal pattern — you'll get a concrete picture of what your brand's operation would look like at PROWERB.
