PROWERB maintains its own rental pool for event equipment — with an event warehouse, system-supported issue and return, and refurbishment after every use. Brands borrow what they need instead of buying what then sits idle. Every item is tracked in real time: stored, reserved, in transit or in refurbishment.
Since 1979 · over 1,000 campaigns a year · ISO 9001 & 14001 · EcoVadis Silver
After the season, the equipment sits somewhere — in the branch office basement, at the exhibition builder's, on rented space. Before the next event, the search begins: what still exists? What's usable? Who repairs the damaged piece? Because no one knows for sure, more gets bought. The rental pool reverses that logic: equipment is borrowed, delivered, assembled, taken back and refurbished — and stands ready again for the next date. You pay for use, not for downtime.
The pool distinguishes available, reserved, issued and blocked equipment. Returns are inspected first; only agreed refurbishment and release make them available again. The diagram’s state sequence complements the work stages.
Equipment is requested and reserved from the pool. Availability and date are recorded in the system, not passed along verbally.
The equipment is picked, packed and delivered to the venue on schedule. Bulky goods and glass are everyday business, not an exception.
Our own teams assemble and disassemble — for small events as well as major ones.
After the event, reverse logistics collects the equipment. The return is system-supported — every item is re-booked on receipt.
Inspect, clean, repair: every item is refurbished and returned to the pool ready for use. Wear is documented, not discovered.
Equipment states in the rental cycle
Return receipt and availability are separate steps. Assembly, transport and damage replacements follow the agreed event scope.
Behind the rental pool stands PROWERB's event-logistics pillar: an event warehouse, dedicated assembly teams, reverse logistics with refurbishment — and a system foundation that tracks every item in real time.
Event equipment is not a side business at PROWERB. For Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, umbrella shipping, glassware shipping and event logistics have been part of the mandate established in 2021. For Oatly, we deliver fridges and chests and fill them on site. In total, PROWERB runs more than 1,000 campaigns a year — the rental pool is tied to the same event logistics: the same teams, the same systems, the same dock.
Rental equipment rarely travels alone. On the same campaigns run POS logistics, ticketing and promotion fulfillment — from the same company, on the same systems.
Event equipment needed on a recurring basis — including bulky goods, glass and coolers. What stock makes sense for a brand is clarified in the briefing: the pool is defined per mandate, not sold off a catalog.
Yes. We take customer-owned equipment into the event warehouse, record it in the system and manage it like our own pool: issue, return, refurbishment, real-time inventory.
Our own teams. On-site assembly and disassembly are part of PROWERB's event logistics — for small events as well as major ones.
Every return is inspected and repaired. Refurbishment is a fixed part of the cycle: damaged items go into refurbishment documented, not back onto the shelf without comment.
Via the Operations Cockpit: live reports, track-and-trace and inventory trends, available around the clock and integrated into your systems on request.
Describe your equipment stock and your event calendar. We'll respond with a proposal for what the pool would look like for your brand — storage, rental cycle, refurbishment.
