Everything ready for the first appearance.

A launch kit connects the product, information and brand presentation. PROWERB plans contents, approval samples and recipients with you so the sets are available for the intended launch.

Plan backwards from the date

  1. 1

    Define contents

Align products, samples, documents and packaging with their intended use.

  2. 2

    Approve the set

Review a complete sample and finalise changes before production.

  3. 3

    Supply the launch

Confirm quantities, addresses and arrival dates for distribution.

01 · Starting point

A launch concentrates volumes and deadlines.

A launch needs the right variant to reach different recipients on time. A dedicated campaign line can support ongoing operations. Changeover under three hours refers to a prepared line switch; procurement, samples, data and transport require their own lead time.

Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems

Planning stays connected to fulfilment.

Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.

02 · Launch kit

Kitting, display, retail, D2C — one order, one line.

Six components, one order. Which of them your launch needs is decided by the briefing — not a provider's org chart.

01Launch kitting & co-packingSets, product add-ons and campaign goods are kitted per order — via bill-of-materials processes in our own WMS, booked with accurate inventory records.
02Display & POS stockingDisplay assembly and POS material for first placement, including glassware dispatch and oversized items such as parasols.
03Retail delivery up to FTLDelivery direct to retail and to grocery-retail central warehouses — from the small add-on to a full truckload, as with the Erdinger product launches.
04Sample packs & seedingSample packs and welcome packs to hospitality venues, retail partners and press distributors; for Oatly, this includes supporting influencer marketing.
05D2C & marketplace dispatchLaunch items go out in parallel to our own shop and to Amazon — this is how Arizona runs its product highlights, from flip-flops to hoodies.
06Control & integrationCampaign planning and recipient-list import via the MEP platform; alternatively order files via SFTP or direct integration with an existing shop.
03 · Evidence

Three brands, three launch patterns.

Erdinger introduces new products via retail: kitting of product add-ons, delivery directly to retail and grocery-retail central warehouses, campaign periods spanning several weeks — plus short-notice special campaigns from the small add-on to FTL size.

Arizona generates a peak with every product highlight: flip-flops, hoodies, sometimes including procurement and finishing of the textiles, shipped for Amazon and D2C in Germany and Benelux.

Oatly continuously places innovations and links campaigns with social media — including stocking refrigerators and chest freezers as well as welcome packs to hospitality venues and new partners. Three patterns, one operation behind them. These peak figures refer to baseline output: 200% is double, 400% is fourfold (+300%).

Achievable volume and lead time are agreed for the item mix, goods and data availability, staffing and shift plan.

04 · Process

Set five milestones backwards from launch.

Illustrative framework without a blanket lead time: agree these milestones for each recipient group. A shared dispatch day does not guarantee a shared delivery day.

  1. 01

    Arrival and embargo

Confirm arrival window, receiving hours and any earliest opening or use date.

  2. 02

    Dispatch approval

Work back through transit time and buffer; prioritise channels and partial volumes.

  3. 03

    Assembly

Confirm the production slot and volumes by variant; include inspection and reserve.

  4. 04

    Goods cut-off

Have every component checked and available; approve substitution or reduced scope for missing parts.

  5. 05

    Sample and data cut-off

Approve bill of materials, artwork, inserts and recipient lists before production.

05 · Questions

What launch owners ask first.

How much lead time does a product launch need?

Overall lead time depends on procurement, samples, goods receipt, data and reserved capacity. Under three hours is the changeover time for a prepared line switch. Individual launches receive their own schedule; larger fulfillment takeovers use the separately described seven-phase method.

What volumes does the campaign line cover?

From the small batch to the large campaign on the same line. If the launch does better than planned, the peak reserve kicks in: 200 percent of baseline capacity in 24 hours, 400 percent of baseline capacity in 72 hours — via flex-staff pool and shift extensions.

How are our systems integrated?

Depending on the setup: via the MEP platform with campaign configurator and recipient-list import, via order files over SFTP as with Erdinger, as direct integration with an existing shop as with Arizona — or as a direct import from a campaign app.

What happens after the launch?

The transition is the actual advantage: permanently listed items move into ongoing fulfillment, follow-up campaigns run over the same line, returns and exception handling continue under system support. Campaign and ongoing operations come from the same house.
