Since 2021, Prowerb has run event ticketing and hospitality handling for Coca-Cola: ticket requests, allotment allocation, accreditation and guest names, confirmation, dispatch, system-supported reminder management.
In parallel run promotional-products fulfillment, goods receipt and inventory management, order-to-cash and item maintenance in the shop and warehouse system. A substantial share of the volume is campaign-related — the operation switches between quiet ongoing running and event high load, without needing a second provider for it.
Some operations are standardized and predictable; others follow match days, prize campaigns and summer promotions. This selection covers both operating modes. Further detail pages, including Monster Energy and Erdinger, are available in the full case directory.
Since 2021: ticket requests, allotment allocation, accreditation, dispatch and system-supported reminder management for events and stadiums. About half of the volume is campaign-related.
Long-standing customer relationships show how day-to-day work develops: order calls, inbound goods, ticket allocations and prize shipments. Recurring tasks and campaign peaks need clear responsibilities and coordinated handovers. The cases explain which part PROWERB handles and how the work connects, while the dates place each relationship in context.

Behind the cases stands an operation that has grown in Kleve since 1979: 250 employees, over 55,000 group-wide pallet slots, a new build completed in 2022 with 25,000 square meters of warehouse space. More than 2 million shipments leave the warehouses every year, plus more than a thousand campaigns — at a service level above 99 percent. Permanently listed promotional items go out the same day in over 95 percent of cases. The same-day share is an operating metric for permanently stocked promotional items, not a promise for each order. Dispatch depends on available stock, complete and approved order data, the agreed cut-off and working days. We clarify the reporting period and applicable service level for your project.
Documented brands include Coca-Cola, Renault since 1996, Vaillant since 2007 and Telefónica O₂ since 2011, Borussia Mönchengladbach since 2022, Bitburger since 2025 and Oatly since 2023. Tenure is deliberately part of the reference: it proves not just a first project, but processes that have run for years.
This page features a selection of seven brands. The full case directory includes further client cases, including Monster Energy and Erdinger. General example workflows are listed separately; several cases may relate to the same client.
Yes, the cases document both operating modes individually: Vaillant stands for highly standardized ongoing operations with almost no campaign share, Bitburger for the most campaign-driven operation in the portfolio with prize-giveaway fulfillment and end-customer support. At Coca-Cola, operations switch between quiet ongoing running and event high load — without a second provider.

By the documented figures: a service level above 99 percent, and permanently listed promotional items go out the same day in over 95 percent of cases. Plus the hardest metric in the services business — customers who stay for years.
