Our software · PROWERB

The portal and operations speak the same language.

The ordering interface is the starting point. Behind it, we connect products, stock, orders and feedback with the agreed systems. PROWERB develops its own applications and runs the fulfilment behind them.

Give each system a clear role

Before the order

Define catalogue, roles, data and approvals for the customer process.

During fulfilment

Turn a confirmed request into a verifiable operational order.

After the handover

Keep order references, status and enquiries connected.

Platforms and their role

The platforms shown belong to the described workflow. We agree the exact scope, required access and responsibilities for your setup.

Thesis

Four layers with agreed data handovers.

MEP describes ordering and marketing tasks in the portal. Prowerb OS organises operational collaboration through Atlas as the customer view and Nexus as the operational view; ProAktion belongs to the existing processing environment. Agora Commerce Suite provides the commerce perspective on shops, catalogues and permissions. Products, interfaces and approvals used together are defined for each project.

Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems

Planning stays connected to fulfilment.

Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.

Client portal and operations

Example workflow

A new portal module needs to connect to operations.

A client wants an additional approval step in its campaign portal. First define when it applies and which data then passes to the ERP. Test the extension with a normal case and a rejected approval before changing the operating process.

    Feature scope

    Module selection and data responsibilities.

The following tasks are a selection from 18 MEP modules. Technical planning defines the data source, leading system, permissions and acknowledgements for each handover.

01Promotion planningCampaigns, periods and ranges are planned in the platform. Multi-brand strategies run in one instance — several brands, separate campaigns, one system.
02Campaign configuratorSets, inserts and displays are configured rather than described. Set and kit inventory is kept stock-consistent by PROWERB CORE via bill-of-materials and value-added processes.
03Shipment lists & recipientsRecipient lists come into the platform via upload — or as a direct import from the customer's campaign app, without manual transfer.
04System integrationExisting online shops, ERP and WMS systems are integrated rather than replaced. Where no interface exists, exchange runs file-based — for example as order files via SFTP.
05Modules on demand18 customizable modules — what the use case requires gets activated. The platform can be used stand-alone as SaaS, even without PROWERB logistics behind it.
06Operations CockpitPower BI live reports, automated Excel extracts, track & trace, inventory trends and budget control — available around the clock, integrable into customer systems.
    Architecture

Channels, portal, inventory system and execution.

An order passes through four layers: from connected channels via the MEP platform and PROWERB CORE to robotics and transport. The Data Lake supports those layers as the data base for reporting, analysis and further process development.

    1. 01

      Channels

Customer online shops, Amazon, BI systems, warehouse apps and parcel connectors dock in at the top — the entry point for orders and data.

    2. 02

      MEP platform

Promotion planning, campaign configurator, shipment lists: this is where a marketing plan becomes an executable operation.

    3. 03

      PROWERB CORE

In-house ERP and WMS with a process engine: order, article and inventory management in one system, RFID-capable, every movement booked in real time.

    4. 04

      Robotics & transport

PROFLOW APC covers over 85 percent of stored SKUs. This is range coverage, not the share of all units actually picked. Suitability and execution are defined per product; transport status follows the agreed return path.

    System structure

    Four technical layers

    1. 01ChannelsShop, file or application supplies an identifiable transaction.
    2. 02MEPPortal task, required data and approval in the agreed module.
    3. 03ERP / WMSReconcile order, product and available quantity.
    4. 04ExecutionSuitable pick/pack route and transport; return status.

Every handover needs a reference, owner and response. Business data errors are corrected and technical failures resolved; retries must not trigger duplicate execution.

    What this shows

    Four layers with feedback.

    In-house development

In-house development means: the roadmap is ours.

A handover test checks business references, required data and acknowledgements. Invalid data returns to its owner for correction; technical transmission failures are handled separately. Repeats and recovery must be agreed before an order is executed again. Interface changes require testing and approval.

    Proven

flaschenpost promotions run through the campaign module in the MEP.

For flaschenpost, the campaign module in the MEP manages the promotions business: kitting & assembly of product inserts, creation of mixed-drinks crates, distribution via the central warehouse and direct delivery to the hubs — from 2026 again at full scope.

For Coca-Cola, PROWERB has operated digital ordering platforms within the mandate established in 2021, through which all of the group's brands are managed, with its own tool stack and round-the-clock reporting.

And for the Bitburger summer campaign, orders came in via direct import from the sweepstakes app — the order path from the win in the app through to dispatch from the warehouse.

    FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the MEP platform.

Can we use the MEP without PROWERB logistics?

Yes. The platform is cloud-based and usable stand-alone as SaaS. It reaches its full depth in combination with PROWERB CORE — when planning and warehouse booking run under the same roof.

Do we have to replace our shop or our ERP?

No. The MEP integrates existing online shops, ERP and WMS systems. Where no interface exists, exchange works file-based — Erdinger, for example, delivers order files via SFTP.

Does the platform handle multiple brands?

Yes. Multi-brand strategies run in one instance — for Coca-Cola, PROWERB manages all of the group's brands via digital ordering platforms.

How long does the rollout take?

For a larger fulfilment takeover, introduction follows seven phases (0–6). Around 14 weeks is a planning guideline once master data, contracts, inventory transfer, interfaces and approvals are settled. A digital build or smaller scope receives its own schedule.

How do we get access to our data?

Via the Operations Cockpit: Power BI live reports, automated Excel extracts, track & trace, inventory trends and budget control — around the clock, integrated into your own systems on request.
