Solution · Peak Fulfillment Q4
Stock, data, staffing and shipping need to align for campaign launch. PROWERB plans expected volumes and lead times with you so that daily business and the campaign can run together.
Agree expected demand, upper limits and the campaign window.
Align inbound stock, data, approvals and capacity by the agreed date.
Review daily volumes, bottlenecks and priorities with the responsible teams.
The patterns repeat every year. It's not the individual carton that's the risk — it's the handovers before it: data, goods, staff, end-customer contact.
Plan ongoing shop orders, campaign kits and FBA deliveries separately. Assembly is a handling task on a kit; a shipment is a dispatch unit. Their quantities can differ. The campaign line connects packing instructions, goods and data approval with the appropriate daily volume.
Planning can use 200% of baseline capacity within 24 hours and 400% within 72 hours: double or fourfold (+300%). Item mix, goods and data availability, staffing and shifts determine achievable output; capacity and timing are agreed.
Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems
Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.

Campaign peak load isn't a special case at PROWERB, but its own operating pillar — proven over years, across beverages, FMCG and marketplace business.
Illustrative seasonal schedule; actual deadlines are agreed for each channel and transport route. General peak planning covers capacity and reserves; this schedule focuses on fourth-quarter dependencies.
Assign separate dates to Black Friday deals, Christmas gifts and FBA stock; check receiving and carrier deadlines.
Deduct transit time and buffer from the arrival date; agree partial deliveries and priorities.
Checked goods, complete addresses and packaging must be available before the reserved production slot.
Approve the sample kit, bill of materials, labels and treatment of missing parts before the run.
Peak scaling · campaign line
Floater pool · extended shifts · changeover under 3 hours
1 to 15,000 shipments per day on the same line
The curve shows where the campaign line adds capacity. The prepared resources behind the rise are what make it work.
Under three hours refers to changeover on an established line, not total project lead time. A campaign needs available goods, approved data and reserved capacity. For larger fulfillment takeovers, seven phases lead from master data and contracts through systems and stock transfer to go-live. Around 14 weeks is a possible planning framework, depending on assortment, data quality, interfaces, stock availability and approvals. Individual campaigns and digital projects receive their own project plan.
Flexible-staff pool and shift extension are part of the operating model, not an exception. The campaign line's capacity grows several times over within days — without the parallel fulfillment daily business stopping.
