Starting point

Plan fan orders and matchdays together.

The fan shop needs available sizes and traceable shipping updates. Matchdays depend on fixed deadlines, accreditation and guest allocations. Both involve the club’s products, data and contacts. We align daily shipping with the season opening, kit launch and events so that quantities, approvals and short-notice changes can be resolved before each deadline.

01Goods receipt under deadline pressureDeliveries arrive during the week, sales happen on the weekend. Booking in, checking, shelving — before the shop promises items still sitting on the loading dock.
02Inventory accuracyShortfalls, delivery discrepancies, stocktakes: when target and actual stock diverge, the fan shop sells items that don't exist — and the complaint lands with the club.
03Allotments and accreditationAllocating ticket allotments, following up on guest names, sending confirmations, sending reminders. Hospitality is list work with a hard deadline — kickoff doesn't wait.
04Exception handling in dispatchNon-receipt, transport deviation, returns: the fan is waiting for their jersey and doesn't write to the carrier — they write to the club.
Services for Sport & Clubs

Fan shop, matchday, event, finishing — one inventory, one system.

Four service blocks that run under one roof and post against the same inventory. No handoffs between providers, no duplicate truth in the warehouse.

01Fan shop fulfillment →Goods receipt, inventory posting, order processing, dispatch with shipment tracking, exception handling and returns management. Inventory runs in real time through our own ERP and warehouse system — the shop only promises what's actually on the shelf.
02Ticketing & VIP hospitalityTicket requests, allotment allocation, accreditation, confirmation and dispatch, reminder management. Late-submitted guest names are part of the process, not the exception.
03Event logistics & rental pool →Event warehousing, setup and teardown by our own on-site teams, return with refurbishment. Equipment that isn't needed permanently comes from the rental pool instead of the depreciation schedule.
04Merchandise & textile finishingFlocking, transfer printing, embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-garment printing — series production in-house. Plus operation of order portals for fan, employee and sponsorship merchandise.

Fan shops, hospitality and sponsor logistics in practice.

At PROWERB, sport isn't a pilot project — it's ongoing operations, on the club side as well as the sponsor side.

01Borussia Mönchengladbach — fan shop and e-commerce →Since 2022, PROWERB has handled B2C fulfillment for fan-shop and Amazon orders: receiving, inventory management, stocktakes, order processing and shipping. Delivery discrepancies and enquiries are handled within daily operations. Seasonal and matchday demand informs range and inventory preparation.
02A sports-betting provider — promotional products across the full chainSince 2021, promotional-product fulfillment for a leading sports-betting provider has run through PROWERB: goods receipt and inventory management, order processing, dispatch with shipment tracking, plus the promotional-products shop. Day-to-day business here means inventory reconciliation, quantity discrepancies, delivery exception handling — resolved before they become escalations.
03Coca-Cola — hospitality from the sponsor side →For Coca-Cola, PROWERB handles VIP ticketing and event logistics: ticket requests, allotment allocation, accreditation, dispatch, reminder management. Same discipline, other side of the stadium.
Ongoing operations ↔ matchday

Ongoing operations during the week. Peak load on the weekend. Same team.

Ongoing operations run systemically: orders, inventory postings, dispatch — booked in real time. When a campaign is added, operations scale without pausing ongoing work: the campaign line is set up in under three hours, and within 72 hours PROWERB expands capacity to 400 percent of baseline capacity — flex-staff pool and shift extension, not improvisation. Matchday doesn't move. Operations have to be able to handle that. These peak figures refer to baseline output: 200% is double, 400% is fourfold (+300%). Achievable volume and lead time are agreed for the item mix, goods and data availability, staffing and shift plan.

FAQ

What clubs ask first.

Does PROWERB handle only dispatch, or the complete fan shop logistics?

The complete chain: goods receipt, inventory management, order processing, dispatch, exception handling and returns. Inventory is managed in real time in our own ERP and warehouse system — one inventory truth for shop and warehouse.

How does VIP and ticket handling work on matchday?

As a documented process: ticket requests, allotment allocation, accreditation and guest data, confirmation and dispatch, reminder management. Late guest-name submissions are routine and built into the workflow.

What happens during peak loads — cup night, season start, holiday season?

Operations scale via flex-staff pool and shift extension within hours. The campaign line is built for small to large campaigns and reconfigured for a new campaign in under three hours.

Does PROWERB supply only the club shop, or fans directly too?

Both. Distribution runs from the fan shop through the point of sale to the end customer — B2B, B2C and D2C run through the same system and the same inventory.

How long until a club is live?

For larger fulfillment takeovers, we use the seven-phase method: from requirements and master data through system integration, testing and stock transfer to go-live and handover to ongoing operations. Around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that scope; data quality, interfaces and stock transfer determine the actual date. Smaller or purely digital assignments receive a suitable introduction plan.
