Agora Commerce · PROWERB’s own B2B shop software

Your own shop for business customers.

PROWERB develops Agora and builds shops around your customers and sales processes. Company buyers see their assortment, terms and available ordering options. The Rheinwerk example follows a purchase through to order processing.

From a company catalogue to an order.

  1. Identify company and role

Access associates a person with the intended company context. Buyers and administrators receive the options appropriate to their tasks.

  2. Check product and terms

The assigned catalogue defines the selection. The product shows relevant variants, quantities and agreed prices.

  3. Order or request a quote

A familiar item can go straight into the cart. A requirement needing clarification becomes a quote request; approval rules are considered during ordering.

  4. Continue processing

The order, its documents and agreed data transfers remain connected. Your team can identify the next task on the same record.

What shapes your B2B shop.

Organisations and roles
Companies, locations and permissions represent your customer structure and distinguish ordering from administration.
Catalogues and contract prices
A shared product base can be assigned differently to each company. Price sources and validity are agreed for the shop.
Quote requests
When quantity, specification or terms need discussion, the request remains connected to its products.
Quick order
Returning buyers can enter familiar items by number and quantity. The cart remains the shared check before completion.

We start with a real ordering task.

Bring a typical example: who orders, under which terms, and with which details? We use it to develop the shop design and rules. Payment, shipping, stock data and transfers to your systems receive an agreed project scope.

B2B shop questions.

Can each company see different products?

Yes. Catalogue assignment is part of configuration. We establish which products and terms belong to each company using your product and customer structure.

Does every purchase need to complete immediately?

No. Quotes and approvals can introduce a separate intermediate step. The shop should clearly distinguish a request, a requirement awaiting a decision and an order.
