Receive access
A person is assigned to the intended company and user context. Purchasing in a closed shop starts with the appropriate access.
Choose equipment
The assortment shows the items available to the group. Sizes, variants and quantities are part of the product selection.
Check allowance and artwork
Configured allowances or subsidies are considered. For personalised items, required artwork files are associated with the particular order line.
Follow the order
Employees and administrators retain the order reference. Required file corrections and subsequent processing are explained on the order.

- Quantities, periods and eligible products define the equipment available to a person or group.
- Shop credit
- A monetary balance can represent a subsidy. Credit and item allowances follow different rules and are considered separately.
- Product personalisation
- Artwork requirements, accepted files and review steps are specified per product. A file workflow is distinct from an additional online design editor.
The shop also supports coordinated ordering periods.
Preorders collect demand within a defined window. Group buying makes a shared quantity visible. We choose the approach that fits procurement and production, including processing after the campaign closes.
