Agora Commerce · PROWERB’s own B2B shop software

The ordering workflow follows your requirement.

Reordering familiar products, equipping a new team and renting event equipment need different steps. With our Agora software, we design the appropriate workflow from the first requirement through to subsequent processing.

Consolidate demand and begin processing

An ordering deadline is not a delivery date. Subsequent procurement or production is planned separately.

Compare with group buying
Example view of an individually designed Agora shop. The steps explain the workflow using fixed example data.

What starts the purchase?

Quick order
Item numbers and quantities are already known. Entry leads directly to checking the cart lines.
Recurring orders
Regular demand receives an agreed repeat schedule. Terms and purchasing rules remain relevant to later executions.
Preorders
An ordering window collects demand before procurement or production. Buyers can see when orders are accepted.
Group buying
Several participants contribute to a shared quantity. The target, progress and completion rule are made clear.
Rental products and availability
Period and quantity determine demand together. Reservation, return and renewed availability are considered as one connected workflow.

Turn the requirement into a complete workflow.

  1. Choose the model

We establish whether availability, an ordering window, repetition or a shared quantity drives the purchase.

  2. Explain the product rules

The buyer sees the conditions relevant to their selection before proceeding with the cart.

  3. Associate the requirement

Quantity, period and any required files stay with the correct line. Different models are not silently treated alike.

  4. Define the next tasks

Agreed processing starts after checkout or campaign closure. Responsibilities and updates need to fit the model.

What we clarify before building the shop.

Time and quantity
Is there a fixed period, a quantity target or a repeat schedule? What happens if a condition is not met?
Changes
Until when can requirements be changed, and who decides on exceptions?
Order approvals
Which purchasing rules also apply to preorders, rentals or recurring demand?
After ordering
Which order and date information does processing need, and how does the buyer learn what happens next?

Ordering model questions.

Are preorders the same as group buying?

No. An ordering window limits when demand is accepted. Group buying concerns a shared quantity. Your project may need either or both concepts.

Can a shop contain several models?

Yes, where configured for the agreed shop. Their differences must remain visible on products, in the cart and in administration.
