The right assortment at the agreed terms.

One product may be relevant to several companies while following different agreements. With Agora, we connect catalogue assignment to the company context. Buyers can identify the specification and price that apply to their purchase.

A product in its proper context.

  1. Provide product data

Products, variants, images and descriptions form the shared foundation. We establish the source and owner of the data.

  2. Assign a catalogue

The company or user group receives its intended assortment. Products outside that assignment are not automatically part of its offer.

  3. Apply the agreed terms

The configured company and pricing context determines the terms. Applicable quantity tiers are explained on the product.

  4. Check the cart

Selection, quantity and price come together. The information applicable to this purchase must be clear before ordering.

Catalogues and contract prices
Which companies see which products? Which price source is authoritative, and when are terms updated?
Quote requests
When does a fixed price suffice, and when does a requirement need individual discussion? Requests retain their product reference.
Variants and quantities
Sizes, colours, specifications and quantity requirements are configured per product. Product and cart must show the same selection.
Data maintenance
We establish who releases products, which details come from another system and how updates reach the shop.

Two companies, one product foundation.

The example explains why agreed company terms belong to the signed-in context. They do not imply a single public price for all customers. For your shop, we define assignment and presentation using your actual agreements.

Assortment and pricing questions.

Can existing product data be imported?

Yes. We plan the import around the source, required fields, variants and update requirements. A specific integration is part of project scoping.

Can all discounts automatically be combined?

That needs an explicit rule. Price sources, quantity tiers and other rules should not produce contradictory results for buyers.
