Assign the company and location
Administration assigns access to the intended organisation. Addresses and any further authorised contexts form part of this setup.
Define the role
A buyer puts together a request. An approver decides on assigned requests. Administration maintains authorised members and assignments.
Show the right shop
After sign-in, the assignment takes effect: catalogue, prices and ordering workflow refer to the active company context.
Review a context change
A user permitted to work in several contexts checks the active company and delivery address before ordering. Switching context does not automatically extend their rights.
Organisation becomes visible in the ordering workflow.
The assignment is more than a contact list. It determines the company context in which an order is created. A company switch can therefore change the available catalogue and terms. Administration considers membership, role and catalogue together so buyers can understand their ordering workflow.

Are company roles and shop access the same?
No. Access enables sign-in; the assigned role then determines permitted tasks within the company context. Invitations, assignment and later suspension are configured together.
Can several locations be represented?
We define the required company and location contexts with you and configure an appropriate structure. Scope, address rules and responsibilities are specified within the project.
