Every company sees its assortment and agreed terms.
In a B2B shop, an offer depends on the customer context. A dealer needs their contract assortment, a location its authorised products and a buyer the price for the required quantity.

With Agora, we assign catalogues and pricing rules to the intended companies or groups. The product page makes the result visible by connecting the item, variant, quantity and applicable terms.
How it works.
Open the company context
The signed-in user works within their authorised organisation. This assignment is the basis for the visible assortment.
View the contract catalogue
The buyer finds the products intended for this context. Administration considers catalogue assignment and user access together.
Check quantity and price
The product shows the applicable terms and quantity tier. The buyer can see which amount applies to their selection.
Continue ordering
The selected line and quantity move into the cart. A request requiring agreement can continue through the quote workflow.
A pricing rule needs a clear context.
A list price alone does not explain B2B terms. We therefore consider company assignment, catalogue and order quantity together. The Rheinwerk example shows a contract item with its quantity tiers. Displayed prices are example terms; your pricing rules and combinations are configured for the agreed scope.
What we configure for your shop.
- Catalogue assignment
- Which companies or user groups may see and order which products?
- Price source
- We define where terms are maintained and how changes reach the shop.
- Quantity tiers
- The intended quantity thresholds and prices are defined for each catalogue.
- Context changes
- Switching company must not carry over terms from the previous context.
