Industry · E-Commerce & Mail Order
PROWERB handles the processes between orders, stock, shipping and enquiries. Shop operations and fulfilment work together to deliver your catalogue reliably every day.

Connect the shop and fulfilment through agreed data.
Keep track of stock, picking and packaging.
Handle status updates, returns and exceptions transparently.
A shop can accept an order before physical stock has been reconciled. A return can arrive while its refund remains unresolved. We therefore define the handovers between shop, ERP, warehouse and shipping: which system owns each data set, when status updates are returned and who decides how to handle an exception. The four work areas below cover that process.
Atlas & Nexus · PROWERB systems
Atlas gives clients access to products, stock, campaigns and orders. Nexus supports operational processing. We agree the views and handovers needed for your project.

Four service areas carry mail order at PROWERB. All run on the same proprietary system: PROWERB CORE as ERP and warehouse management, inventory in real time, booked without gaps.
junited AUTOGLAS, Arizona and flaschenpost use different parts of the service. Each operation relies on agreed processes for orders, inventory, shipping and enquiries. The examples describe the scope we manage; specific requirements and exceptions are handled within each operation. These peak figures refer to baseline output: 200% is double, 400% is fourfold (+300%). Achievable volume and lead time are agreed for the item mix, goods and data availability, staffing and shift plan.
When PROWERB manages both services, changes to the range and ordering process are coordinated with warehouse operations. You can also retain your existing agency or development team: we then agree data exchanges, status updates and responsibilities between the teams.
Via the path that fits the setup: direct connection to the existing shop, exchange of order files via SFTP, or an interface to ERP and warehouse management. All three variants run in customer operations today.
For larger fulfillment takeovers, we use the seven-phase method: from requirements and master data through system integration, testing and stock transfer to go-live and handover to ongoing operations. Around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that scope; data quality, interfaces and stock transfer determine the actual date. Smaller or purely digital assignments receive a suitable introduction plan.
The stated peak figures are 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours and 400 percent within 72 hours: double and quadruple capacity (+300%). We agree the capacity available for your operation based on item mix, available stock, complete data, staffing and shift planning.
Yes, as its own process and not a side task: recovery via courier or carrier, transport exception handling, non-receipt resolution, credit notes. For a mail-order customer, this exact chain has run in permanent operation since 2021.
No. The range spans from mid-sized companies to international brands. What matters is not size, but whether recurring processes stand behind it — PROWERB is a custom fulfiller, not a mass fulfiller.
Assortment, channels, volume, systems — that's all it takes for a first assessment. The response comes from the team that will later run the operation: key account, campaign management, fulfillment.
