Industry 01 — Beverages & FMCG

Your campaign reaches the store. We get everything there.

Beverage brands need point-of-sale materials, prepared campaign sets and rewards delivered to the right recipients. PROWERB connects sourcing, assembly, shipping and its own software for these processes.

Thesis

Include retail, hospitality and end customers in the campaign plan.

A hospitality partner receives cooling equipment and a welcome pack, retailers need POS material for launch, and a winner receives an individual prize. These orders differ in packaging, transport and deadlines. We therefore plan recipient groups, quantities and shipping methods alongside the campaign calendar. Stock for everyday requirements also needs to remain available during a campaign.

01Campaign peaksSummer campaign, product launch, retail week: from zero to thousands of shipments within days — and back to ongoing operations afterward, without it stalling.
02Bulky assortmentGlasses, parasols, cooler boxes, chest freezers: goods where standard fulfillment fails. Beverage POS needs dedicated warehouse areas for glass, manual and bulky goods, and its own packaging logic.
03Retail and gastronomy in parallelThe same POS material goes to grocery retail central warehouses, individual stores and gastronomy businesses — with different lot sizes, dates and delivery routes.
04The end customer gets in touchEvery sweepstakes generates contact: delivery status, replacement prize, complaint. Whoever ships the prize should also answer the question about it.

Service areas

Five service areas carry beverage operations.

Each area is proven in ongoing customer operations — none of it is brochure material.

01POS & display logistics →Display stocking, co-packing, sample packs, kitting & assembly of product bonuses — on campaign lines that switch between small and large campaigns. Delivered to retail, grocery-retail central warehouses and gastronomy. Explore the service
02Promotion & sweepstakes fulfillment →Prize dispatch, delivery status, replacement prizes, hotline and email support for end customers — including direct import of orders from the sweepstakes app.
03Promotional-Products Fulfillment: Pick, Pack & Ship →Promotional-product shops, order-to-cash, goods receipt and inventory management, dispatch with shipment tracking — permanently stocked promotional items leave the warehouse the same day more than 95 percent of the time. The same-day share is an operating metric for permanently stocked promotional items, not a promise for each order. Dispatch depends on available stock, complete and approved order data, the agreed cut-off and working days. We clarify the reporting period and applicable service level for your project.
04Event ticketing & hospitality →Ticket requests, allocation of contingents, accreditation, dispatch and reminder management — VIP and stadium operations, run in the background of the brand.
05Fan shops & D2CBuilding and operating brand shops — from a Shopify fan shop to integrating existing shop solutions — with warehousing, dispatch and returns under the same roof.

Seven brands, different campaign rhythms.

The seven brands named above represent different operating models: from a continuously operated POS shop to promotions with dedicated kitting, digital control and dispatch to retail, gastronomy or end customers.

01Coca-Cola Europacific Partners →Since 2021, logistics for all POS items for retail and gastronomy: sample packs, parasol and glassware dispatch, handling of all promotions, VIP ticketing and event logistics, consumer complaints, spare parts. Managed through digital ordering platforms with 24/7 reporting — across all the group's brands.
02Bitburger →Since 2025, promotion fulfilment on a large scale. For the summer campaign, PROWERB took over the complete logistics management from goods receipt to prize dispatch, plus hotline and email support for end customers. Orders come in directly from the sweepstakes app.
03Oatly →Since 2023, ongoing operations via a standalone shop solution: POS logistics, delivery and stocking of refrigerators and chest freezers, welcome packages for gastronomy and new partners, support for influencer marketing during frequent innovation placements.
04Monster Energy →Since 2021, PROWERB has handled numerous promotions for Monster Energy. Campaign goods are stored, assembled for each activation and dispatched to schedule — a high frequency of campaigns rather than a quiet ongoing operation.
05Arizona →Warehousing, co-packing and distribution of POS and campaign goods — including dispatch to retail partners and connected transport routes.
06flaschenpostIn 2026, the complete promotion operation returns to PROWERB: product add-ons, mixed-drink cases, carton design and goods handling, controlled through the MEP campaign module.
07Erdinger →Shop and logistics in one operation: promotional-product and fan-merchandise orders, inventory management and campaign dispatch through continuous processes.
Operations

One to 15,000 shipments per day — on the same line.

More than 1,000 campaigns per year run through the campaign lines in Kleve; changeover time for switching campaigns is under three hours, and at peak loads capacity grows to 400 percent of baseline capacity within 72 hours. Integration follows the customer: order files via SFTP, direct import from the sweepstakes app, interfaces to existing shops or the campaign module of the MEP platform. These peak figures refer to baseline output: 200% is double, 400% is fourfold (+300%). Achievable volume and lead time are agreed for the item mix, goods and data availability, staffing and shift plan.

Steady state and peak in one curve.

The curve shows where the campaign line adds capacity. The prepared resources behind the rise are what make it work.

FAQ

What beverage marketers ask first.

How fast can a campaign line be set up?

Changeover time for switching campaigns is under three hours. For campaign peaks, a flex-staff pool and shift operations expand capacity to 200 percent of baseline capacity within 24 hours.

Do you handle end-customer contact for sweepstakes?

Yes — hotline, email support, delivery status and replacement prizes are part of promotion fulfillment. In the Bitburger operation, all inquiries are analyzed and fed back into ongoing FAQ maintenance.

Can you handle glass, parasols and refrigeration units?

Yes. Glass shipping, bulky goods and refrigeration units are everyday beverage business: dedicated warehouse areas for glass, manual and bulky goods, parasol dispatch in the Coca-Cola operation, delivery and stocking of refrigerators and chest freezers in the Oatly operation.

How are our systems integrated?

As they stand: order files via SFTP, direct import from promotion apps, interfaces to existing shops or the campaign module of the MEP platform. For larger fulfillment takeovers, we use the seven-phase method: from requirements and master data through system integration, testing and stock transfer to go-live and handover to ongoing operations. Around 14 weeks is a planning guide for that scope; data quality, interfaces and stock transfer determine the actual date. Smaller or purely digital assignments receive a suitable introduction plan.
