Individual quantities become a shared campaign.

When several people or locations need the same products, a shared campaign can combine their quantities. Participants should see their contribution and how the total develops.

Quantity and time answer different questions

Group buying shows shared progress. An ordering window determines when participants can submit demand. Whether a campaign continues below its target quantity is part of its rules.

Group buying in Agora connects contributions, total quantity and an intended pricing tier. The Teamwear example focuses on this shared progress. Closing and subsequent processing are defined for your project.

How it works.

  1. View the campaign

The participant sees which products belong to the campaign and how quantity progress is intended to work.

  2. Add individual requirements

The required quantity is recorded as a contribution to the shared campaign. Individual requirements remain identifiable.

  3. Review the total

Combined quantity, target and reached tier explain the current position. Further participation can change the total.

  4. Follow closing

The intended closing moves contributions into the agreed ordering and processing workflow.

The shared quantity makes the difference.

A preorder collects requirements within a time window. Group buying also explains shared progress driven by quantity. Both models can suit equipment programmes, but they do not have to be combined into a single ordering workflow.

Frequently asked questions.

Does every campaign reduce the price?

Any price effect follows the agreed tier rules. Example quantities do not promise a guaranteed price benefit for your project.

What happens when the campaign ends?

Closing conditions, order assignment and processing are defined within the project. Participants should be able to follow the resulting status of their contributions.
